I stayed for one month and it was so peaceful and the condo was very nicely decorated, clean and the perfect size. If I had problems either Tim or Kourtney were always available to help me out. The sunrises were amazing from the balcony. Loved that the access to the parking lot was so close to the condo door and there is also a temporary parking spot for unloading. What a lovely couple these two are, they know what it takes to make renting a place work. Look forward to coming back. Communication was excellent. Thanks Kourtney and Tim. You are appreciated.

I have stayed at three different locations in the St. Petersburg area with this host. Host is not only responsive but proactive! I travel for work and needed to stay longer but where I was had been booked, he found me another place to stay, had it cleaned by the time I got there! Host has wired the locations I stayed at for highspeed internet and they are several different locations to charge devices. The bedside lamps are awesome! The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and all kinds of other dishes and utensils.

Boca Cabana was a great place to stay! It's very well decorated and stocked! Diana is a great host and very accommodating! She really does have basically everything you need located at the condo!! Her response time is very quick and food recommendations are spot on!! We will definitely rent from her again and tell our friends! Thank you for sharing your little piece of the sun and beach!
