With swings, double kitchens. Double bathrooms, heating. Greenery. Bird sound. Complete up to toilet paper. Garden, balcony, terrace. You can rest your head. We look forward to seeing you.

Detached Authentic Greek House in Güre Village

Our house is an old little Greek house restored right on the side street of Güre Village Square. It is a 2-storey authentic adobe village house, approximately 150 years old, with a detached, small isolated garden, a living room upstairs, a separate kitchen, a bedroom downstairs and a toilet at the entrance. Due to the old original construction, the bedroom door is slightly bent. The interior is quite spacious and useful. It is at the foot of the Ida Mountains. It is a geography that those who love history, nature, sea and tranquility will enjoy.

Our house is located in the village of Pınarbaşı in Kaz Mountains and is 3 km from Zeylinlik and 8 km from Akçay. Due to the location of the village, you can enjoy plenty of oxygen, a unique bay and forest view in peace. There is 1 toilet on the ground floor, seating area (3 seater sofa bed), open kitchen and balcony, and 1 toilet bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs. One room has a double bed and the other has 2x single beds. Our house has 2 gardens, front and back.

A quiet private place 500 meters to the center of Akçay

Enjoy an unforgettable trip while staying at this unique place. 800 meters to the sea, a quiet location, a private and clean place, everything needed in the house is available, there is a winter stove, air conditioning is available. There is no accommodation for up to 6 people, waking up to the sounds of plenty of oxygen birds at the foot of the goose mountains, it is a pleasure to watch the squirrels in the garden. The pool has been opened.

First of all, I would like to start by thanking Mr. Erdi for his good communication. We easily communicated during both check-in and checkout. The house was spotless and had all the kitchen utensils you could need. The house fully met our need for our family of 5. The only downside is that there is no elevator in the building and the water engine upstairs works very loudly. The terrace was quite pleasant. The house is located on a quiet street, although the building does not have a parking lot, we did not have any problems finding a parking spot. If your expectation is a calm stay, you can choose with peace of mind. Thank you to Mr. Erdi for his hospitality.

The amenities were very good, even a new washing machine was available. The place was very clean and the communication very friendly. I loved that there was someone in the house who you could address daily if you needed anything. And the possibility to communicate via whats app, which made it much easier for me. Host helped you with requests at all times. I highly recommend the place.

The apartment is extremely attractive for those who want to have a family vacation with its private and well-maintained garden, its view overlooking the sea, an airy location on a hill overlooking Edremit Bay, its spacious living room, useful kitchen, proximity to various grocery stores and shops, easy access to Bağlarburnu Beach, where you can both reach under the olive trees and enter the water. It was very easy to communicate with Mr. Orhan. She was quick to respond to my messages, gave useful advice for places to visit and activities to do, and was available to help when needed. I would recommend it without hesitation.
