Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

The SQUARE 16 Apartment is located at the Main Square of Szombathely, with a direct exit and a view of the square. The independent, spacious apartment has 2 large rooms with separate entrances, a gallery, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a shower and a nice little terrace overlooking the square. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

The house is the ideal starting point for cycling tours in the area or just to enjoy a barbecue on the spacious terrace.

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.
