Great place and great host ! Responses were quick and easy. Would definitely book again :)

The place is spacious and the washer and dryer is a necessity for a longer stay. We took in some sun and walked around the HUGE well-kept yard. We didn't take advantage of the pool (too cold) or "center" area, but there is a bbq grill and seating out there. All in all, it was a memorable stay and I would stay there again.

This is such a cool house. It’s like you’re on your own private hill. It is so spacious and very updated. I think the fan in the master bedroom even gave off heat. The wifi works well and the tv is huge! The hosts are awesome. This is a second property of theirs I have stayed at and I highly recommend!

Laura’s place was perfect for our quick weekend trip to Bakersfield. We were visiting some family and this place was 5 mins away from our event we were going to. It was quiet, super clean, and spacious. The bathroom had a lot of counter space which was helpful while getting ready in the morning. I highly recommend staying here!

Shawn's home was amazing, all the little things in the kitchen took me back into the past when I was younger. It is super nostalgic and pretty to be in this house. The silver is pristine and well kept. This house took my breath away when I stepped foot in it. Not only that but all the little things like extras if you forgot a toothbrush or toothpaste. Thank you so much Shawn.

We ended up taking 4 extra people than the limit and Jenny made it really easy for us and provided us with more air mattresses. She didn’t make it feel like we were a hassle. Really did not get in our way of allowing us to rent her home.

I needed to rent a spacious house with two bedrooms for my family since we had a Bakersfield wedding. Room A has a soft queen bed with living room size couch and a TV. Room B has a soft king size bed, a pullable twin bed, and crib. Place was equipped with ceiling fans in bedrooms, living room, and dining area and central AC and heater to control to met your preferred temperature. Great plus since weather fluxiates from cold to hot. Bathroom is spacious which was the reason why I choose this place. Please note to run water for about 3 to 5 minutes to run hot. We were permitted 2 parking spots inside property. My dogs appreciated the beautiful garden. Not exclusively private since other units are on the same property. Martha was responsive to my questions and the house was clean and organized when we checked in. Equipped with iron and ironing board. Lots of outlets and office space, so great for family of 4. Cvs and Walmart close by in case you need to run last minute errands.

Ben and his wife were very friendly and responsive! The property was the perfect get a way from the hustle and bustle and exactly what we were looking for!
