Monthly Rentals in Edgewater Gulf Beach

Leslie was an excellent host. She was very responsive to messages on the app and gave out her personal number should any issues arise. She always responded in a timely manner. Location was perfect with being right on the gulf and the pools right outside the balcony. There’s plenty of things to do all around the resort either within a short drive or even walking. The resort itself was where we ran into some hiccups. Nothing did anything to hurt our trip or really inconvenience us. The internet went out at the resort which did not allow us to have tv or control the thermostat. It also turned the resort into a cash only facility with the credit card machine not working. These issues had nothing to do with the condo itself it was the resort and it still would not deter me from coming back. If my family plans on coming back to Panama City I will definitely be reaching back out to Leslie.

Was a really great stay. Loved the area. Perfect for a two day trip.

We had the condo for the last week of May and it was everything we expected plus more. Most spacious condo we’ve stayed at in PCB and the cleanest. Previous guests stole all the batteries from all the electronics but Yana was able to take care of it immediately. This condo is on the third floor which was also nice since did not have to rely on elevators. 10/10 would stay here again.

The place looks just like the pictures, probably even better. It really does have everything you need to be comfortable. The views, coziness, and comfort definitely makes you feel like you’re getting what you paid for. The only thing that was a struggle for me and my family was the floors, you really can’t walk around without shoes in there or else the bottom of your feet will be filthy; but she did give a heads up with that. I do think a good vacuum and mop would make it a perfect place. But it is definitely a 9.5/10 review for us. Really hard to find any negatives.
