Enjoy the large screened in porch or watch the sunrise from the loft area. The beach is a quick 250 yard stroll. It is on the non driving section of New Smyrna Beach. The unit is located in an award winning community with 3 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball and walking trails.

The community has pickleball and tennis courts. Just a few steps away from the private veranda is the Oyster Quay Beach Access and Atlantic Ocean.
