We had the most amazing stay! Rebecca was extremely communicative and made sure we knew everything we needed to! The place looked exactly as pictures and was very clean. It was a short walk to the beach (about 5 minutes) and the private pool was so nice to come back to! We would absolutely stay at one of Rebecca’s houses again!

We had a great weekend here. Place was very clean & cozy! We enjoyed the hot tub and how roomy the home was considering we had a big group with us. Location was great, as many restaurants & activities were in close proximity. Nancy was very responsive with any questions/concerns and even recommendations for the area. We would stay in a heart beat whenever we travel to OBX again!

This was a beautiful place with lots of room. The host was super responsive to any questions and also offered up local adventures to enjoy. House was clean and in great shape. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone and would use again. The kitchen was stocked perfect with all plates and cookware you need to host meals for a large family

I really enjoyed my stay at Maureen‘s house. It’s on a nice quiet street in a good part of town and close to Elizabeth city and things you may want to do there. Love the big backyard for my dogs. Beds were super comfortable. I felt right at home and will definitely come back whenever I’m in the area.

Booking a rare four-week stay came with added pressure to make the right choice. We absolutely did! Mark’s home is spacious and well appointed with a wonderfully functional layout. The sound access is incredible, and beach access is super convenient whether you’re taking a quick stroll or setting up for the day. Mark was a great host in addition to local rental management. We loved making the most of resort amenities and the home’s thoughtfully stocked outdoor items, especially the kayaks. This location in Corolla is a perfect balance of small-town vibes with great food and lots to do. We can’t wait to return!

Great place to stay! Hosts were kind and responsive to any questions we had. The home was very clean and children friendly. I really appreciated the built in child gate on the top floor. Bathrooms and showers were great, including an outdoor shower to rinse off after being in the pool. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Plenty to do nearby, seaside beach access was a short car ride away, and the pool was private and relaxing.

Martin’s home is absolutely beautiful! His place is very clean with a large, fully equipped kitchen. We saw horses everyday! This was our first time visiting the area. He was very quick answering our many questions. It was private, peaceful and just what we needed- a true get away!! Perfect 😎

2nd time booking was just as clean as the first!

River Shore had room for the two of us to spread out a little and enjoy the river view. The geese flying overhead and the red birds chirping in the yard gave us many pleasurable moments did walking along the entryway road. Very enjoyable stay.

Daniel did a great job communicating with us. The house was clean and as advertised. He gave us a nice complimentary gift of wine glasses and a free dozen bagels at a local bakery during our stay. He was great to work with and really enjoy the stay and overall experience. Really appreciate all the hard work and extra touches that Daniel put into making our stay so nice.

This home is an absolutely FANTASTIC getaway location! My family enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The house was as pictured and as described and then more. It is a quick ride back to the water where we spent most our day. We would finish each day with a dip in the pool and hot tub. The back yard view is fantastic as well. My kids spent so much time fishing off the dock on the canal catching crabs, and white perch fish. We loved all the horse views at all random times of the day. I could go on, and on! The hosts were very responsive to all my questions and so accommodating. I would give this home 10 stars if I could!

We loved staying at Scott’s place! It was the perfect location to the beach. And it was so clean!! The kitchen had everything you could think of. Very well stocked with nice new things. The furniture was in great shape and the bed was pretty comfortable. The bathrooms were immaculate as was the kitchen. Communication was fantastic. We had a couple of minor issues that were taken care of within minutes. Can’t say enough great things about our stay. We will definitely come back to this little gem!!

The house was clean and had all the basics we needed. Everything is mostly in good working order. A few small things needed fixing, but they did not affect our stay. The beds are comfortable, though on the soft side, so depends on one’s preference. The location is quiet on a well-lit street, but close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the waterfront. Overall, we had a great time and very much enjoyed our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Thanks!

Cyndi was an incredible host. Extremely responsive and such a sweet host. Our group was thoroughly impressed by her home, the cleanliness and the amenities she provided. We even had an issue of locking one of the doors behind us and getting locked out, Cyndi quickly was able to get us back in. We will absolutely be using Cydndi's home again in the future!

Steve’s place was just as described. He was there to meet and help us get in. The place was very clean and private. Would highly recommend staying here

My girlfriend and I, along with our cat Parker, stayed for a week at Sandy Pause. Since it was our first time traveling to the outer banks with our cat, prior to booking, we reached out to Jeff to confirm whether his home was cat friendly. Jeff was very responsive, friendly, and welcoming, answering any questions we had prior to booking, during check-in, and during our stay. He made sure to reach out at the beginning of our stay to make sure everything was going great and what we expected, and then let us enjoy our vacation. Jeff’s home was in a perfect location for us, super close to the grocery store, restaurants, and other attractions in Corolla. The home itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We loved how close it was to the beach access. We also loved all of the extra features and amenities, especially things like the extra beach chairs etc. saved us from having to buy and pack our own, making our trip much less stressful. Location was beautiful and peaceful.

The horses stopped by several times a day. It was magical. Just a short drive to the ocean where we conveniently parked our car on the beach. We had plenty of room on the beach. People were not on top of each other. It was a wonderful vacation! The house was spacious and nicely decorated. the kitchen was well stocked.

Absolutely wonderful place. Perfect for couple's get away. Beautiful place on the sound. Extremely cozy. Georgianne was very responsive and has thought of everything needed to have a nice relaxing stay.

Only one issue. My husband and I stayed in the cottage and there was not enough hot water for 2 showers. We don't take long showers.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, incredibly relaxing, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The indoor hot tub and large sauna were amazing—clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding. Beds and bedding were super comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked with tons of cooking accessories, which made meal prep easy and enjoyable. We also really appreciated the extra filtered UV-sanitized water dispenser plumbed in the kitchen and bathroom - such a thoughtful and refreshing touch. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was the perfect spot for our little family. It was our first family vacation as a family of 3 with our 4 month old daughter. Very quiet location and not far from any essentials you may need. In a perfect location to go explore OBX or just the other little cute towns around. An amazing farm stand just 10 minutes up the road in Grandy. Ursula was the perfect host and her Bungalow felt like home to us during our stay. Will be staying there again in the future 😊
