Casa marvellous!! Flawless structure and really very close to the beach, I indicate with my eyes closed and we will be back. Special Agency Sara, housekeeper and employee, a loving person, mega helpful, polite, punctual and a full-handed cook!!

Bruno and Isabel were great hosts, having become available to help us with every detail, as we were going with a big family! The house is beautiful, tidy and ready to receive a large group of people. A Rosa, a diarista who hired the party, was very attentive and helpful, and José, homemade, also welcomed us very well and kindly! We look forward to returning soon!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. Place Excellent, Isabela responded very quickly and solved any doubts present, we love the house and soon we will be back without a doubt!! Congratulations on your great space. We also thank Lord Francisco the housekeeper who served us all the time, so I recommend the stay!

It was a very pleasant weekend with my family, there are many of us and the space accommodated all of us well. The rooms are air-conditioned, the pool is a great size and these are the strengths of the house. Frederico, even though he was not in Brazil, always responded promptly to the questions we had. We will definitely be back.

Very good experience, Luiz always responded quickly, asked questions and made the schedules more flexible. Nor does it mention that the house was the same as the photos, very large and with leisure areas, very close to the beach. We felt like home. We will definitely be back

The house is huge, with cozy and well decorated environments. Everything clean and beautiful as in the photos. Many bathrooms and plenty of space for everyone in the house. Everyone was very accommodating. It only needs attention with noise after 22h, due to the condominium rules.

We spent wonderful days at the house of Enio, in Guarujá! The house is complete, extremely comfortable, with a delicious outdoor area, excellent pool and everything very safe. Ideal for resting with family or friends, in a warm and well-maintained atmosphere. The host has always been thoughtful and helpful. We will definitely return and recommend with our eyes closed!

The house is just wonderful! Super comfortable, air-conditioned in every room, which made our stay even better. The swimming pool is great, well taken care of, and the barbecue is top, perfect for enjoying with family and friends. Everything very clean, organized and the way we were waiting for. Home in a great location, private, flexible check in, communication with Victoria is quick to return. The house is also large, well-equipped, has cozy beds, bedding and bath linens of good quality and care. No words for this home. I can only say it's amazing. All very clean, organized and very cozy. Victoria and Italo were very attentive and helpful. The whole house is surrounded, so for those who go with a pet, it's all very safe. My family and my dogs love everything. Sure is a house we would love to be able to return soon.

I was at Ger's house on the holiday from April 18 to 21, 2025, I stayed with 15 more adults and 2 children and we had a wonderful experience! The house exceeded expectations! It was very clean and organized, had everything we needed for a good stay, the pool was very clean! Easy access, quiet place and most importantly: very safe! The condominium has a great view of the mountains, in the vicinity there are supermarkets, bakeries, butcheries and many bars and cafeterias... Gerson, our host, was always very helpful, every time I looked for him he answered me promptly and was always very kind and understanding. He answered all my questions quickly and patiently, clearing up all my doubts and always assuring me that we would like it and yes, we liked it very much! We will definitely rent Gerson's house again, as we had a great experience with the house and the host. Oh! And with the Airbnb platform too, very transparent! Thank you Gerson!

Perfect, super spacious and cozy apartment. The roof with the barbecue and jacuzzi made a difference on the post beach every day. Very clean.. and we also hired the girl who helps with the cleaning of the house, very friendly and helpful, it was very worthwhile.. she left fresh food when we arrived from the beach. (thanks Milene) Delicious, super safe and wonderful beach. The staff of the building, all very friendly as well. The ice that the building provides helps a lot. Apartment with all necessary utensils, bedding and bath linen. Márcia always responded very quickly. We will definitely return!

The stay was great. House is exactly as advertised, very wide and clean. The condominium is very safe and quiet. Renata always helped by answering questions and responding quickly and proactively. Leidinha, who took care of the house and cooked for us, was wonderful. He did everything we needed and beyond. Every day, he left a table set for breakfast and lunch, with a warm cake. She also cleaned every room every day. Casa + Leidinha = wonderful stay!

If it had a 5-star with praise we would put it. For both the property and the hostess . The property is beautiful, cozy, very well located (near the beach of Enseada). It was very clean when we arrived. Comfortable beds, clean and excellent quality linens, large living room, very well-equipped kitchen, pleasant pool, perfect barbecue. We welcomed our group with great comfort. As for host Daniela , I can say that she was the best host we've ever had in all of Airbnb's years. She did everything possible so that our people would be welcomed and had a great experience.. I highly recommend!!!

The property of Patrícia is a wonderful house, very spacious, well built and well located. Patrícia was extremely solicitous and the homemade Kleber gave us all the support we need during the stay. Because it is a very large and relatively old property, some maintenance is necessary, but nothing that would hinder our stay with comfort and tranquility.

A clear blue pool is surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees, with a spacious patio area visible. The outdoor kitchen and barbecue area are situated to the right, offering convenient access for meals. Bright sunlight enhances the inviting ambiance of the garden setting.

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped and spacious. It has the elements to go to the beach. The condo is spotless and comfortable. Very helpful concierge always. Ailton is very correct and attentive to every moment and even helped us when we had issues with the Airline. It's a great host! Everything top notch! I recommend it and I would definitely go back to that apartment in Guarujá!
