The apartment with terrace is part of our residential building. Room for about 4 people. There are a total of 2 rooms. The smaller space can accommodate 2 mattresses and is a walk-through room to the bathroom. The larger room has 2 more mattresses and a dining table. The apartment is not renovated and only offers an easy place to stay. Our house is located outside the village on a country road (without foot/bike path). By car, you can reach the supermarket in 2 minutes.

Due to the central location, the city center of Peine (pedestrian zone and city park), as well as the cities of Braunschweig and Hanover are each just a few minutes away via the A2 highway. In addition, there are various shops, restaurants and a gas station in the immediate vicinity.

Peine - nice apartment/trade fair room in Vöhrum

I rent out a very cozy apartment, approx. 40 square meters in the attic of my single-family house, about 150 meters from the train station in Vöhrum. By train, you are in Hanover main station in 25 minutes or in Braunschweig in 23 minutes. The A2 is about 7 km by car. The apartment has a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and skylight, as well as a cozy living/bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed and a 140 cm wide sofa bed.
