Vacation rentals with a patio in Edam

Die Wohnung war super-sauber, perfekt gepflegt und eingerichtet. Alles war wie beschrieben. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde sofort und sehr freundlich eingegangen. Der Empfang war top, die Erreichbarkeit super. Unserem kleinen Sohn wurden von Edith Laufräder, Dreiräder, Traktoren etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Uns wurde alles toll erklärt, was wir über die Gegend oder den Hof wissen wollten. Es gab gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Edith und Freek sind sehr sympathisch und nicht aufdringlich. Man muss wissen, was aber auch im Inserat klar beschrieben wird, dass es ein Bauernhof ist, der sehr ländlich liegt. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Rad z.B. in max. 30 Minuten in Urk, mit nettem Dorfkern, Hafen und kleinem Strand. Wer Erholung auf dem Land, mit der Möglichkeit für viele unterschiedliche Ausflüge (per Auto in 10-45 Minuten findet man fast alles, was man sich wünscht) sucht, sollte es bei Edith und Freek probieren. Ich werde diese Unterkunft in guter Erinnerung behalten! Die Einweisung war gründlich und sehr freundlich. In der Küche war ein Kaffeautomat, Microwelle, Toaster, Sandwichtoaster, kurzum… Ich habe nichts vermisst. Kaffepads vorhanden und im Kühlschrank standen schon die Begrüssungsbierchen! Das Highlight ist der große Garten! Jede Menge Obstbäume, Stachelbeeren, Johannisbeeren, Stachelbeeren, Rhababer und anderes Gemüse! Man sieht das Jm mit viel Liebe darin arbeitet! Auch meinem Hund hat es gut gefallen! Wir haben täglich mit seinem Ball auf der großen Wiese gespielt! Jm ist bei Fragen sofort ansprechbar und hilfsbereit! Die 800m zum Strand sind korrekt und der Strand selbst sehr schön! Kurzum: Von mir nur die Bestnote!

What a wonderful spot in such a peaceful area. The flat was everything we needed and more. The personal touches we so nice and made us feel at home.

Wir waren zu dritt bei Karin zu Gast in dieser sehr schönen ruhigen Wohnung. Karin hat uns von Anfang an hilfreich unterstützt und war für alle Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Da sie oben drüber wohnt, stand sie schnell zur Verfügung. Wir waren in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Bahnhof Haarlem, um mit der Bahn in 15 Minuten in Amsterdam anzukommen. Am Abend genossen wir die Ruhe auch im kleinen Garten der Wohnung nach dem ganzen Trubel. Aber auch Haarlem selbst ist ein Besuch wert. Auch kommt man mit dem Bus oder mit dem Rad schnell ans Meer, wenn man das noch einplanen möchte. Da die Wohnung keine Küche hat kann man nicht selbst kochen, wir hatten aber alles zur Verfügung um in der Wohnung zu frühstücken. Karin hat uns sogar das Abwaschen übernommen - ein perfekter Ort für einen Kurzurlaub.

the apartment was great and in great condition, extremely nice neighborhood but it is an uber/bolt or train ride away, now if you choose the ride app option be aware you will be spending about 30-70 euros each way for the 30-40 minute drive. i think the neighborhood was lovely, everything does close early in town (around 6-7) but if you can get into the shops or restaurants the area is great and friendly.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Dankzij de duidelijke uiteg hebben we alles goed kunnen vinden en wisten we makkelijk waar we onze auto gratis konden parkeren. Dit zorgde ervoor dat we rustig ons weekend in konden zetten. Fantastische locatie waar alles dichtbij is.

Nette, vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Leuk gelegen appartement. Fijne bedden. Meer dan voldoende ruimte en netjes. Erg gezellige stad. Komen zeker terug!

We recently had the opportunity to visit the wonderful city of Alkmaar and chose to stay at Nonney's apartment. We really enjoyed our stay there - it's a cozy and lovely place, the apartment is clean and spacious, with its own courtyard, which made our stay even more comfortable. We could enjoy breakfast or dinner outside when the weather was nice. The apartment is located not far from the city center and the bus station. It is equipped with everything you might need, including kitchenware, and even delicious coffee and tea. Nonney is a very kind and attentive host - she provided us with all the necessary information about interesting and useful places in Alkmaar and was always happy to respond to any of our requests. We definitely recommend this apartment for your stay.

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Mädels-Wochenende in der Unterkunft! Das Haus war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der gemütliche Wohnbereich, in dem wir abends lange zusammensitzen konnten. Die Lage war ideal – ruhig, aber trotzdem gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Host war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Die Ausstattung war mehr als sehr gut (frisches Obst, Aufbackbrötchen, Getränke) , die Lage war ruhig und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit ihrer Hilfe konnten wir ein paar tolle Ausflüge erleben. Tolle Tipps und gute Orte, die für Hunde geeignet sind. Ideal ist auch der umzäunte Garten für unsere Hunde gewesen. Sie konnten sich dort aufhalten ohne angeleint zu sein. Für Sie waren auch Näpfe, eine Decke und Hundeknochen bereitgestellt. Auch die Terrasse mit den gut bestückten Gartenmöbel lud zum Verweilen ein. Fußläufig gelangt man in die tollen Dünen, indenen die Hunde richtig toben können. Einfach Toll für Mensch und Tier. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Sehr schöner Außenbereich mit einen traumhaften Ausblick. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

L'airbnb est magnifique il y a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin et il est très accessible en transports. L'hôte répond très vite en plus. Un des plus beau voyage de ma vie, un grand merci à Isa !

Het contact met Caterina was uitstekend. De locatie was super. Aan de rand van het centrum en zelfs mijn kinderen konden met gemak alles lopen. Het huis is ruim en heeft prettige slaapkamers. De ramen zijn voorzien van gordijnen maar niet verduisterd.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Babys im Haus unter der Kastanie und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Vorgarten ist wunderschön und auch hinter dem Haus kann man schön sitzen. Mit Krabbelkindern wäre die Treppe sehr steil und nicht gesichert. Für uns war es ok. Ein Babybett war vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Astrid war total unkompliziert. Wir wurden sehr herzlich persönlich empfangen und hätten auch schon früher in die Unterkunft gekonnt. Der nächste Strand ist eine Viertelstunde mit dem Auto entfernt. Alkmaar erreicht man gut mit dem Bus. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Birgit and her home are so wonderful! Birgit was so helpful showing us around the home and so gracious when our train was cancelled and we needed to stay another night. The home is clean and beautiful. We had plenty of space and loved having a quiet space after a day in a busy city. We hope to stay here again!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen und gemütlichen Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin Corrie hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns sogar mit einem selbst gebackenen Apfelkuchen überrascht. Auch Kees haben wir bei der Abreise als sehr freundlich und sympathisch kennengelernt. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Woudrichem ist ein idealer Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Besonders empfehlen können wir einen Besuch auf dem Hausboot „De Pannekoekenbakker“ – hier gibt es köstliche und kreative Pfannkuchenspezialitäten. Eine klare Empfehlung für eine entspannte Auszeit!

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

I can honestly say that this was the BEST Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Perfect apartment: super clean, everything worked, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed, huge shower, cute balcony, just fab. Also a lovely area, very peaceful despite so many apartments around. Really helpful, responsive and friendly hosts - honestly, eveything about the stay was excellent. Els war sehr flexibel, was die Anreise anging. Sie war äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr sehr aufmerksam in Form von kleinen Annehmlichkeiten wie Getränken und Snacks. Sogar Fahrräder wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren positiv überrascht.

The apartment worked very well for three of us for a 9-night stay. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, champagne, and chocolate! The hosts were gracious, proactive, and helpful when we had questions or needs. The space is clean, well-lit, and modern, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Our daughter declared the sleep sofa the most comfortable she's ever slept on! The entry stairs are steep, but with the sturdy railing and good lighting we felt quite safe on them. The neighborhood has gems for dining and shopping, and you can walk to the City center. A laundromat that takes credit/debit cards is 4 blocks away. Tram stops are close, and they run on a frequent schedule. Parking is limited, so renting a bike is ideal. The bike lanes and traffic signals make it safe and easy to ride throughout the city. Venturing farther is possible by renting an electric car by the hour through the MyWheels app. Their cars are conveniently parked at charging stations around the neighborhood.

We had an outstanding experience staying in Sem and Louise's home. They were everything you could hope for in a host and more—friendly, proactive, and helpful. Their flat is lovely. It is stylish, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to navigate. The living room is spacious and a delightful place to read or watch TV. Though we didn't use it, it's really nice to have a full-sized dining table. The bedroom and master bath are upstairs. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has both a shower and a large tub. There's an additional small bathroom downstairs. It was clean and cheerful, and we loved feeling like locals for a few days. The neighborhood is great and walkable to many cafes and restaurants. The hosts left a binder with restaurant recommendations, which is how we discovered Little Collins and the Scandinavian Embassy. All told, the experience was a 10/10. We loved the apartment and the hosts and will definitely return.

Suzanne’s loft is truly a home away from home and filled with all the comforts and amenities you could ever need! So refreshing while traveling. We stayed only three short nights and our only regret is not staying longer. The loft is in the perfect location just a block away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. The street is so picturesque and we woke up Saturday to a beautiful linen market! Thankyou for hosting us and for your amazing communications! 🧡🧡

Roeland is a great host. His place is sparkling clean, well modern furnished. It has all amenities you need, not to mention the private parking in front of your door, so convenient! I will definitely book again. Highly recommended!
