The ground floor of our long cottage is a completely self-contained holiday let, lovingly restored it retains many of the original features - wooden beams, curvy walls and a log burner in a huge fire place. Views from the front of the cottage show you the incredible walking, running, biking and paragliding to be had from the doorstep. Castleton has it all, pubs, cafes and caves! Our quiet location out of the busy hub gives you the best of both worlds

Kingfisher Cottage
Kingfisher Cottage is attached to Bridge House, situated in the Peak District village of Bamford and benefits from a beautiful view of the River Derwent. The Cottage, which is within walking distance of Bamford train and bus station and local shops, has it's own garden and seating area on the bank of the river. The Cottage has private access and parking is available. Fly fishing is also available by arrangement with hosts.

Goose Croft, tucked away in Edale
The setting of this cosy small detached cottage is beautiful and you feel quite secluded, yet the village of Edale is 1 minute walk away. From here you can enjoy the countryside by walking or biking, short or longer routes. There is a folder in the cottage with a selection of maps, which you are welcome to use and choose a route straight from the door. There are two pubs, two cafes and a general store in the village.
