Vom Balkon, dessen Fensterscheiben zur Seite geschoben werden können, blickt man auf die Innenstadt und den Dom, den Stadthafen, die Möweninsel und die Schlei. Einen schönen Ausblick hat man auch vom Wohnraum aus. Bestens geeignet, um von hier aus Schleswig und Umgebung zu erkunden. Parkmöglichkeit in der Parkgarage oder auch auf dem Grundstück des Vermieters (Schwanenwinkel 1).

Parking available. Ideal starting point for cycling tours on the Schlei. The Baltic Sea beach in Eckernförde is 15 km. Restaurant, snack bar and supermarkets right in the village.

It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.
