We would like to welcome you to our sustainable and non-smoking bed and breakfast on the water! Apartment Grutto is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is sufficient parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible with public transportation (5 minutes walk). There is also a sandy beach on Lake Tjeukemeer within 5-minute walking distance.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. The apartment Út fan hús has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen with refrigerator and bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has its own entrance. From the apartment, you have a wide view over the Frisian Greiden. It is located on the water, where you can swim and fish. You can also use 1 or 2 person canoes, a boat and bicycles for free. The city of Sneek is 15 minutes away by car, Leeuwarden 30 minutes.

10 minutes from Leeuwarden and 4 minutes from Grou is our rural farm in Idaerd. This fully furnished, modern apartment has all the comforts. The bathroom has a sink, a rain and hand shower and a toilet. There is an equipped kitchen equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and combi microwave/oven. Smart TV, Nespresso, kettle are available. Kitchen, bathroom and bed linen are provided.

Having lovely experiences with faboulous guests as this summer and because a lot of people asking me to do it so their friends can come, my lovely boat will be remain to be rent. Be awared that the boat is divided into two units. Both of the boat units wil funtionate independently (with his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen en bathroom).
