Homely is in the description & homely is 100% correct. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Lockbox for key is easy to use. Street was quiet during our stay. Very happy, highly recommend :)

We had a lovely stay at Richard's place as a family of 5 with two crawling babies and an older child. Plenty of space, nice and warm, good parking space even for a large car. The kitchen was great and little touches like some milk and tea being available on arrival made a huge difference. We borrowed one high chair and cot, both of which were good. Good hot water for baths and showers too. Lovely view across some fields, and my son even spotted some pheasants flapping about whilst he had his breakfast. Ideal base for us visiting people in the Leeds and Wakefield areas.

Very responsive and supporting with any issues that we had. We did not have any issues with the stay.

I can recommend it to anyone and will book in when next I visit Bradford
