There is a possibility to equip one of the rooms with a desk. The pond chain, a swimming lake, several inns with beer gardens and the S-Bahn are a 10-minute walk away. Shopping is a 5-minute walk. District clinic is a 5-minute walk. Excursions to Munich, the Alpine foothills, Lake Chiemsee, Wasserburg, thermal baths in Erding and Bad Aibling.

From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!
