The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

The apartment is newly renovated, in a quiet location on a farm and yet only about 25 minutes by car from Stuttgart-Mitte. The adjacent Milchhäusle dairy shop offers shopping. The village of Markgröningen with shopping is a 5-minute drive. The nearest train station is a 10-minute drive. Welcome to your home during your stay in Stuttgart. The bright apartment is fully equipped and is located in the quiet district of Stuttgart-Weilimdorf. After a 5-minute walk you are at the Landauer Straße train stop. From there it takes about 15 minutes to the main train station. Free street parking is available along the street.

Between the big city and nature (Hochdorf/Enz)

It's a two-room apartment on the 1st floor, accessible via an open steep external staircase. In the living room, there is also the large dining table and a large TV. By car, you can reach Stuttgart or Ludwigsburg in about 1/2 hour. The connection to the public transport is available, but unfortunately the buses run very rarely.
