Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June–August), our sunken pool (heated by solar energy – so the water temperature depends on the hours of sunshine) in the garden can also be used.

Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Our wooden house, furnished in the style of a forester's house, guarantees you peace and relaxation from everyday life and offers an ideal starting point to explore the Odenwald. The new wooden terrace with large seating area and a wonderful view offers pure relaxation. The holiday home offers generous space for 6 - 8 people with approx. 120 m².

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

Enjoy relaxing days in a quiet, private attic with plenty of privacy. Over approximately 44 m² (474 sq. ft.), you will find a living area with a kitchen, a separate bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom. The large terrace invites you to linger. The guest area is used exclusively by you and is not visible to others. The property is located in a single-family house; the entrance area is shared; all rooms are lockable.

A home, only for me

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
