On the property there are chickens, cats and a few ducks that move freely. The house is fine for 2 people but can accommodate 3. If you are a couple with a child, the home can also accommodate this. Welcome to the Ævlehytten cottage in Ebeltoft. Walking distance to the forest, shopping, the harbor and an open charming downtown. Beaches are on all sides of Ebeltoft There is plenty of space for games and fun, an evening in front of the fireplace, long walks, lots of activities and delicious dining places in Ebeltoft for all ages. You get the whole house to yourself, so throw yourself on the sofa, the hammock and take a dinner nap, smile at the cute squirrels in the backyard, serve a delicious lunch, or read your book in front of the fireplace overlooking the forest.

Classic, authentic cottage within walking distance of water

A vacation in our cozy, authentic cottage is pure comfort. The house is 60 sqm (best suited for a single family) and contains an atmospheric living room with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. In connection with the living room is a new kitchen from 2022. The house's sleeping accommodations are divided into a room with a double bed, a room with bunk beds - most suitable for children. The last sleeping accommodations are in the newly decorated annex and consist of two double beds. Please note that the house is of an older date, which has been continuously renovated.

The summerhouse is located in the middle of Skudehavnen. In the courtyard, the first cup of coffee can be enjoyed in the morning sun. On the southwest facing terrace of the house, there is ample opportunity to enjoy a cold refreshment, the maritime atmosphere of the harbor, the view of Mols Bjerge and not forget the beautiful sunset that colors the sky red and orange. The house & area is actually “in the city”, close to shopping and also to the lovely beaches. Heating in winter is done using a wood stove, so knowledge of this is necessary.

Watch the boats come in and follow the sailors' activity while enjoying the sunset on the terrace. The cabin is made of wood, 79 m2 and on two floors. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a single bed and a double bed. In the living room, there is the possibility of extra bedding with a view of the harbor basin and Ebeltoft Vig. On the ground floor: Kitchen and bathroom, entrance hall. East-facing courtyard.

The exciting and varied city life pleases most people.

The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

With only a 25-minute drive to Aarhus, Randers and Grenå, Dalgaard is the ideal retreat for those who want to enjoy the best of both city and country. There is plenty of wildlife - and there are horses on the farm, which can be petted by appointment.
