Classic, authentic cottage within walking distance of water

A vacation in our cozy, authentic cottage is pure comfort. The house is 60 sqm (best suited for a single family) and contains an atmospheric living room with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. In connection with the living room is a new kitchen from 2022. The house's sleeping accommodations are divided into a room with a double bed, a room with bunk beds - most suitable for children. The last sleeping accommodations are in the newly decorated annex and consist of two double beds. Please note that the house is of an older date, which has been continuously renovated.

The house is part of a 3-winged country estate without animals, but separate. Forest, lake and beach within walking distance. Gjerrild N. Strand is a child-friendly, wide sandy beach with a blue flag. We are located 3 km from Gjerrild town, where there is a grocery store with a large selection, 14 km from Grenå, 19 km from Djurs Sommerland, Bønnerup harbor about 6 km, where there is a fish shop and eateries. The heat source is air to air, there is a small dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine and otherwise all the utensils that should be in a kitchen.

With a fantastic view of fields and sea, you can enjoy the holiday and a cold glass of rosé while the kids play in the garden or jump on the trampoline. Just 300 meters away is the lovely and child-friendly sandy beach, where you can enjoy an ice cream from the ice cream shop and swim all day long. The house has a 110 sqm large terrace 180' around from east to southwest. Strandvejen's oasis

In this amazing home, there is plenty of room for coziness, tranquility and nature experiences with both forest and sea views of Gjerrild cliff. The neighbor's horses and animals come out of the forest and graze while you sit and enjoy breakfast. Pack your fishing rod and walk the 950 meters down to the coast with the unique cliffs and catch your own fish. Take a walk across the Sangstrup cliff to Hjembæk, where you can look down into the sea and maybe the cafe is open, so you can enjoy an ice cream with a cup of coffee while you find fossils.

Unique marina cottage in atmospheric Ebeltoft Skudehavn. Within walking distance of the city's best coffee shop, restaurants and the old town. Watch the boats come in and follow the sailors' activity while enjoying the sunset on the terrace. The cabin is made of wood, 79 m2 and on two floors. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a single bed and a double bed. In the living room, there is the possibility of extra bedding with a view of the harbor basin and Ebeltoft Vig. On the ground floor: Kitchen and bathroom, entrance hall. East-facing courtyard.

The farm has undergone a total renovation and today appears to be something special. Emphasis has been placed on quirky details, comfort, and original farm charm-with a glimpse in the eye. The heart of the farm is the very large kitchen-living room, which has opened up to kip with visible rafters and taps. The ornamental garden and the view of the meadow and field is fantastic and the farm is located about 500m from Dråby Strand, which is one of the most popular beaches in Syddjurs and 4km from Ebeltoft, which is always worth a visit.

There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large courtyard with a covered terrace and a gas grill for the late evening hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.

The cottage is located next to one of Denmark's most beautiful child-friendly beaches. Here, there is plenty of opportunity for lovely walks along the beach, crabbing and a round of mini golf on Denmark's oldest mini golf course. In the summer months, there are several good takeaway options in the area. The cottage was renovated in 2019, with respect for the history of the house.
