The house was very convenient to alot of places and also fishing along shoreline is possible. Even with just some wading. The pool was nice as well. Our dogs also felt right at home.

You will not go wrong when choosing this booking. This was by far one of the best stays we have stayed in at the beach. This was our first time to stay in Mexico Beach and it did not disappoint! Very convenient to the beach and pool is just right around the corner. Zach was very responsive with any questions that I had m. We would definitely book this house again.

Island Memories was just that - wonderful memories for our family on St. George Island! The house was perfect for our family: mom, dad, grandma, and two boys (2 and 5). It was cozy but felt large, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Each bedroom, even the bunkroom, having a bathroom was perfect and all bedrooms felt spacious. The beds were so comfortable and we had more than enough bedding and towels. The house was clean and bright with all amentities promised and more including the pantry stocked with the basics. It also had all the cookware we needed and beach supplies galore. It was very kid friendly including some books, toys, and a high chair. And the gate on the porch was invaluable, it allowed us to truly enjoy the porch without worry. The pool and outdoor area were beautiful and the perfect size. And you cannot beat the beach accessibility, the access directly across from the house was worth every penny! We loved the home SO much and will absolutely be back.

This place is a gem! The house has everything you need including pool, hot tub, large yard, a great dock for fishing and watching the dolphins or the sunset. The location is perfect; just far enough away from everything to be quiet and private but close enough for a trip to downtown Appalachicola for shopping and dining, St. George Island for the beach, or state forests for hiking. Sara was a great host, easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We have travelled to this area for years and this is by far the best house we have stayed at. Gorgeous house, plenty of space for our big family. We had a blast with the golf cart, E-bikes and video games. Beach chairs were in excellent condition. House was beautifully decorated. My only complaint is they made us leave , I could have stayed forever LOL . Even accommodated a late check out. Communication is top notch. We will definitely be repeat customers . Thanks Darin for the best Mother’s Day a mom could have.

My family are returned guest. This home feels like our home away from home! We love the area because it is quiet, not overly crowded, and not commercialized! Beautiful beach that allows you to have your pets vacation with you! You're allowed to have golf carts on the beach which is a great feature. Saved us numerous trips back and forth to set up for our beach day.

Me and my family had a great stay at The Boathouse. Everything was as described in the listing. It was also clean and Susan was very quick to respond. We will definitely be back.

Nirvana provided a great week’s vacation for my family of 5 (3 teens). Loved being right on the beach. Lots of fishing and dolphin watching. Beach is rocky but we went for the seclusion that you can’t get on 30A. We loved the area. Tried Angelo’s and Salty Donkey. We went to Bald Point for sunsets like having a private beach.

We loved our stay at Julia's Casita! The house looked exactly as pictured and was clean and comfortable. Basic amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee) were available as well. The location is extremely convenient to stores and restaurants. The AC worked great, water pressure was good, and the beds were comfortable. Most importantly, the house was very clean. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We loved our stay at The Corner Cottage. Tastefully decorated with everything we needed, we had a short stay but Richard provided all of the local info about where to go and what to do. Very cozy and comfortable.

We loved our stay and were very pleased with how well the house was stocked upon arrival. It was stocked with beach towels, extra towels and linens, flash lights, coffee, creamer, dish soap, & laundry detergent. Our last couple stays through air bnb we have received the bare minimum and had to make multiple trips to the store to get things during our stay. The house was very clean and the outdoor area with TV was very nice and relaxing while watching the kids play. The location is also convenient—close to Mexico beach, PSJ, walking distance to beach and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our quick getaway!

This place is peaceful and beautiful. Host is wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend this place to all of you. Will definitely come back soon.

We had the best time at Michelle’s place! Not only was Saint George Island beautiful, but her house was perfect for us and our best four legged friend 🐶 Michelle was very communicative and responsive during our entire stay, which is always reassuring when away on vacation and staying in someone else’s home. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting SGI ❤️

We had all we needed. The home was clean. Was supplied with plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable. The deck overlooking the bay was really nice. Parking was good. The host pays attention to details. From outside water with a hose, a grill and even binoculars for the back deck.

We loved our week at Sea La Vie. Such a beautiful home and area. The beach was relaxing, peaceful and only a few steps from the house. Such a laid back and restful vibe. Loved every moment of our stay. The house was even better than the pictures. Very comfortable and welcoming. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We previously stayed in Kevin’s other home (Oyster cottage), and loved it. This year we booked both the Pelican and the Oyster to accommodate our family who all were in town for FSU graduation and move-out. What made it really nice was that both properties are right next to each other, so our children and grandchildren could also be nearby. The Pelican was especially nice because it had a third room that the travel crib could be set up in have the door closed so the baby could sleep. One the unexpected fun things to do was play the “ring and hook” game that was attached to the front porch while we sat outside and relaxed.

Highly recommend! Great hosts, beautiful location. The perfect spot!

100% the best air bnb I have ever been to. the kitchen is FULLY stocked. We utilized the kitchen and grill each day and had more than enough kitchen tools to cook some great food. Sharp knives, plenty of cutting boards and mixing bowls, and plenty more tools. The outdoor spaces are great, the walk to the beach and view is absolutely great, and the upstairs den is SUCH a peaceful place to chill and watch a movie. We will be back 100%

The host was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure our trip was perfect. The house is located within walking distance of the Blue Parrot, lighthouse, coffee shop, and Candy Kingdom. The house is also equipped with large flat screen televisions, surround sound, a super nice Traeger smoker and many other features that aren’t typically included in a rental. We had a great trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Alligator Point! It was clean, comfortable, and just steps from the quiet, family-friendly beach—perfect for our kids to play and explore. The peaceful location and beautiful views made for a relaxing getaway. A great spot for families looking to unwind and enjoy quality time together.
