Excellent location near beach access and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. Nice pillows and bedding. Flexible parking.

Earl’s place is recently renovated (following a hurricane in the area last fall). It is a beautiful three bedroom, three and one-half bathroom unit. All the beds are comfortable .... which is not always the case with Airbnb units. There are two screened porches/decks that make sitting outside at night a real delight. The full kitchen made preparing some meals at home very easy. There is a public access bay beach about 1/2 mile away and gulf beaches within about 15 minute drive. We kayaked and walked and played in the sun and water. Although we did not meet Earl during our stay- he was always quickly available by text or phone. I would love to return to Earl’s unit at Port St Joe.

Very clean and had everything thing we needed for our week stay! Highly recommend this unit!

Perfect location for our family and little. Literally on the beach. Major help was beach cart and beach gear.

Our girls trip to Mexico Beach was amazing! All the amenities listed by Anna were accurate and it wasn’t even but a 5 minute walk from the condo to the beach. Will definitely come back and stay at Anna’s place again!

Loved the location near the water, overlooking the pool. The townhouse was clean and functional. The screened in porch was great to enjoy the breezes and relax. Thank you for sharing your your townhouse.

This was by far the best place we have stayed at Cape San Blas. Kitchen was stocked with any appliance or tool you would need. Everything was in perfect condition and working order and the well decorated. I hope to stay there again soon!

This is a great place to stay! A very short walk to the beach & in a quiet neighborhood. Great dog friendly place with a large yard for them to run around! All of the essentials were present and a lot of useful things—stocked kitchen utensils, dinnerware, cookware. Coffee pot, toaster, ice trays. Lots of towels and bedding! Plenty of space to hang out—living room and screened in porch. Would definitely stay here again!

Linda was very quick to respond when we had a little issue. She let us check in early which was so very helpful. I would definitely recommend her place to others.

We stayed in this home while our house was being built. Sharon’s home was fantastic! We loved seeing the dolphins, horseshoe crabs, and fish everyday. We had to evacuate due to Hurricane Helene, but Sharon stayed in contact with us the whole time! We would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the Wakulla county area!

While the place isn't fancy, it is an actual houseboat after all, it was awesome. Comfortable bed but views to die for and you are literally having you morning coffee, watching the sunrise and are literally 1 foot from the water. The river is a very active one...we saw manatee, gators, gar and hundred of mullet jumping out of the water. the best was the shrimp boats at dusk...you really have to experience this place. and ps. walking distance to downtown Apalachicola is a real bonus

Wonderful place to stay for a private get away! Loved having the private beach area and the outdoor living space! Was able to catch a variety of different fish right off the beach including Reds, sea trout, flounder, and even bonnetheads and stingrays, all while watching the sunrise! We were able to cook almost all of our meals in the outdoor space. The neighborhood is quiet, and the gulf side beach is a short walk away! Host was very responsive and gave us a lot of information about the area. Thank you so much for the wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I stayed 5 nights at Gone Shellin’ in May. The location is very close to the beach with a nice private boardwalk for access. The beach is beautiful! Gone Shellin’ is nice, cozy and comfortable. It was a perfect place to rest between beach combing, fishing and exploring Cape San Blas. We slept great! We enjoyed local restaurants where the seafood is fresh and well prepared. **I will confess… I did not completely read the packet of information from Carol’s property management company that came by email. 🙃My advice is read all the information so you can be prepared for a more comfortable stay. We had no problems but did have to add a few more items to my St Joe’s Piggly Wiggly shopping trip. Thank you Carol for sharing Gone Shellin’ with us!

We absolutely loved our stay at Judith’s guest house! We booked this place because we were wanting to take our dog to the beach. We were looking for a private fenced in yard with a pool and walkable distance to the beach (dog friendly all day.. Woo hoo!) and that is exactly what we got! Judith was so sweet, accommodating, and flexible- we got in very late the first night and she was outside to greet us with a smile as we pulled up. She checked in on us but was never intrusive. She brought us delicious brownies and corn bread one day. All of the restaurants we tried in Port St. Joe were amazing- especially KrazyFish, PSJ Bar and Grill, and Provisions all in the down town area about 15 min from her place. Her place was clean and had no sand when we arrived, which was very impressive considering it is a beach house. The beach was never crowded even with it being 4th of July week, and most importantly, our pup had the best time, so we did too! Thank you, Judith, for an amazing stay!

We LOVED The Bow Wow Bungalow! Vince was a life saver. We contacted him at the absolute last minute when our original rental had a mildew problem and he responded so quickly. We are so glad we moved to the bungalow!!! Seriously the best place we’ve ever stayed and so accommodating for our fur babies. We can’t wait to come back! I can’t say enough nice things about the hospitality or the accommodations.

Was so excited & pleased with our stay! Truthfully a hidden gem. We needed a getaway with our 2 year old for his birthday and wanted easy for nap time & play time. With the pool, it was just that. We brought our pup and they were incredibly pet friendly. I have never had a host so quick or responsive. They were truthfully so kind. It was worth every penny. We rented the golf cart and it was perfect to bundle and cruise around the island. Could not say enough great things! Also— after staying here, if there’s a negative review it’s truthfully because they didn’t speak up. When I say responsive— we mean responsive and quick to address any need. I wanted a broom and had one within minutes.

The Beach Cottage #1 was perfect for our family of three, and could have accommodated more of us. The pool was sparkling clean, the picnic tables were a perfect addition. Emil was very easy to communicate with and easily helped us add an extra night to our stay, and Laura was so kind and friendly! The location absolutely can’t be beat, as the beach access is just steps from the driveway. We cannot wait to return to Beach Bum Cottages, and highly recommend this stay to other families!

We had a family gathering where two of the larger families got big houses. This place was perfect for my wife and myself and within walking distance to the other families. It was on a lower level, but that being said we LOVED all the light that came in through the windows. And the place was beautiful inside. All my relatives commented that it’s the perfect little “ couples getaway”.

We had a great time. The host is very responsive and answered any questions we had promptly. The house is just as described and we love the fact that it is off to itself. The beach is a short walk and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Now there are a lot of stairs but we needed the exercise anyway😁 Would definitely stay here again!
