House vacation rentals in Eastlake, Chula Vista

I am a San Diego local, but my family was coming to town and we needed more space. I picked this place because I knew my sister and brother-in-law would love being able to walk to all the restaurants and brewery nearby and my 6 year old nephew would get a lot of use out of the pool. The place exceeded my expectations, it was perfect for everyone. We spent a lot of time in the backyard swimming or playing board games, and my Mom got a lot of use out of the hot tub. Communication with the host was excellent and the place was comfortable and clean. The only downside is my family might visit too often now!

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Celebrated my sister’s 30th birthday here and we all had such a blast! The host was so kind and receptive the whole time. The place is incredibly cute and comfy! The pool and grill were the biggest highlights of the weekend. We will definitely book this place again!

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was my first time visiting San Diego, and staying here made the experience even more special. The space was very clean, well-decorated, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine. My favorite part was definitely the kitchen it was large, modern, and perfect for group meals and hangouts. There were plenty of blankets and towels provided, along with extra air mattresses, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every room was beautifully designed and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be booking this Airbnb again the next time I’m in town!

We loved our stay at Mari Katherine’s Airbnb for a girl’s weekend in SD! It is a beautiful home that was spacious and thoughtfully designed and decorated to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The home feels private, but was in a fantastic location in North Park that was easily walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Mari Katherine sent clear instructions leading up to our stay, so the logistics of check in were clear and easy! When some logistical challenges came up during our stay, Mari Katherine was very responsive (even late in the evening) and offered solutions - we would be thrilled to visit again!

Nice place to stay in the San Diego area. Conveniently located within reasonable driving distance to popular attractions and nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The backyard and pool are beautiful. The pool was by far the highlight of our stay. Miguel is an exceptional host: responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to communicate with.

Robert and Paola’s place was great! It’s in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and groceries. The house is truly amazing! Very clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything you need. All the rooms are spacious and really clean. There’s a pool and jacuzzi an additional and a great amenities . Robert is a great host! He prepared everything before we came and the communication was great. I gave 5 stars review! We’ll definitely be back and stay again in this place! Thank you so much Mr Robert And Ms Paola.

Cosy and felt right at home

Anna was so helpful and responsive. She communicated before, during, after and was just so nice. Her home is clean, beautiful, very well stocked. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

The host provided excellent communication, making the stay enjoyable. However, the neighbors were quite noisy every night, which was beyond the host’s control. Despite this minor inconvenience, it was still a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The space was an ample size for our big group, especially with the kids. The outdoor games and the pool were a great addition to the fun and kept everybody occupied while others relaxed in the backyard. The host was really responsive and check-in was really smooth. Definitely using this place again for family and friends when we come back to SD.

Wow this place is amazing! As soon was we walked in, from the decor to the ambiance. You go from Spring Valley to being transported to a place of paradise. There is no place like this, I’m telling you guys. If you think the front yard is beautiful, wait till you go to the backyard. We felt so at home and the vibes are just incredible. Did I mention it was dog friendly?! We bring our dog everywhere and this was perfect. Salvacion is a super host for a reason. She’s responsive, very easy to communicate with, and her home is beautiful. I have family in the area, we’ll definitely be coming back and staying here. So glad we found this place!

Baker's place was very clean. The house felt cozy, and inviting. Everyone in our family enjoyed the house and the views. Baker, eventhough traveling internationally, still responded to my messages as if he were right next door. Baker and the hosts are extremely polite and answered all of our questions. We felt as if we had lived there for years. One can tell that they have placed enormous amount of time and energy in their project. I can truly appreciate their effort! Wonderful place. Very comfortable. Great location. Some road noise in the back yard, but it is so enjoyable that you don't even notice it. The kitchen is very well appointed. Love cooking and made most of our meals at home. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had such a lovely stay. My daughter in law especially liked the little hut to meditate in. The pool was wonderful, plenty of seats outside and the lounge chairs were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. The grill worked great. The beds were also comfortable as well as the couch. You felt so far away from everything in your mountain hideaway but you are so close to town and all that San Diego has to offer. Michael & Haley checked in frequently just to make sure we were all set too, which was especially nice, since I often feel funny about bothering my hosts. We would definitely stay there again. Enjoyed my stay here! The location was great and close to a lot of stuff. The bathroom and kitchen were very spacious which I enjoyed. Parking was easy and there was always a spot available in the driveway or front of the house. Overall, enjoyed my stay and the space!
