James was a incredible host! Very kind and gentle, gave me an incredible experience at his place. The place is in the best neighborhood of NYC. Restaurants, bars, nightlife, cityscapes and more. Few blocks from Highline Park. The apartment is very silent and perfect for a good night of sleeping. Really recomend.

Great and convenient spot. Looked exactly like the pictures. Studio apartment but that’s all I needed. WiFi was fast and worked well. Host was responsive and helpful!

We had the most wonderful month-long stay at this loft. It's truly a piece of New York history and beautifully furnished. It's in a fantastic location (so long as you don't mind a bit of traffic noise, but as Londoners that didn't bother us). It's right next to a subway station and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Chris was really responsive throughout our time there and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful, Minimal Apartment with a Great View! I stayed here for over a month and had a fantastic experience. The studio is clean, minimal, and spacious, with a view so good I never got tired of it. The building amenities are excellent, the gym was especially great, and I often had it all to myself. Dan was super responsive and flexible, a truly great host. Highly recommend!
