Monthly Rentals in East Victoria Park

Had an amazing stay at Joel and Jess's place in Perth, location was great, amazing food and dining options close by, (literally next door), shopping centre a shirt walk away as well. Communication from them was amazing, always quick to respond and more than happy to help out in any way. Property was super clean, comfy bed, great kitchen and lounge area and had wverything you could ever need. The outdoor balcony was an awesome place to sit and eat and enjoy an afternoon drink 🙂 Could not refomment this place more highly, great hosts, great property and great location .... we will be back 👌

Our family of 5 took a one week vacation to Perth and we're so glad to have found Thomas' place. The location was a convenient walking distance away from the main area of East Vic Park and a short drive away from the city centre. Everything about the place was immaculate and we couldn't have had a more comfortable stay.

Ann's place is spacious and homey. A wonderfully equipped kitchen, however remember to bring your own oils and things as it is not stocked. Coffee Machine with Milk Warmer! There are some pods provided, and Ann provides a lovely continental breakfast kit for you. The back patio is beautiful, however the backyard is filled with building things. The Carlisle Train Station was still being built when I stayed there, so getting around is best if you have a car or Ubers. It's about a 10min walk to the Bus Stop, and you'll need a card before you ride. Movement Systems sells bikes and offers a buy back system, so once I had a bike, it was much easier (there are lots of hills around though). Unfortunately, don't count on having friends over as there is a strict policy; not even friends are allowed over. The internet is so painfully slow, with less than 5mb/s download speed. All round comfy stay at Ann's house. Thank you!

Jason was a responsive and obliging host as i locked myself out and had my check out dates wrong. Very comfy bed and pillows!!
