Vacation rentals with a fire pit in East River

The entire process with booking to leaving went very smoothly. Quick response whenever we had questions. The place was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of space for 8 people. Everything was very clean. Highly recommend booking this place.

This was my first Airbnb experience and I’m so happy it was here. From the moment you walk in you are blown away by the decor, the views, the amount of light, how well appointed everything is, I could go on and on. But what stood out more than anything else is the thoughtfulness. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t available to us. This place goes above and beyond. Look forward to experiencing this again in the future thank you so much.

I stayed here with my girlfriends as a college roommate reunion. It was the perfect place for us to hang out and to have as a landing spot for doing lots in the city and wanting to have a small town to walk around in. We took ubers multiple times from the place, and there were no issues with drivers being able to locate it. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone. Plus, Cody was an excellent host; always responsive and friendly!

The Captain’s Cottage was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. We walked (with umbrellas) to the quaint shops and restaurants and along the harbor. It was a perfect location to breathe some sea air, and just a short drive to the Long Island Railroad for time in the city. We just had the best time and Kim was a wonderful and accessible host!

A perfect stay for our family—well furnished, good location, and Maritza was an exceptionally communicative host.

We absolutely loved the living environment there. It was incredibly quiet, providing the perfect peaceful retreat. The landlord went above and beyond by sending us over 20 detailed instructions in advance, explaining how to use every facility in the apartment. From start to finish, everything was meticulously arranged. We were all extremely satisfied with this stay

We had another amazing stay at Ana's Little Cozy Home. Her home was beautiful and comfortable and she provides everything you could need! Our last stay it was still winterish, so we were delighted to see all the lovely flowers and plantings in bloom when we arrived this time. The backyard is perfect for hanging out and enjoying a pleasant evening. Her home has become our home away from home when visiting our son in Stamford and we look forward to our next stay! If you’re staying in NJ local and have a car or in Elizabeth proper, look no further than this listing. Peaceful neighborhood with a gate. Beautiful and comfortable rooms kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen was fully stocked on utensils, bathroom with all amenities, and the bed mattress is heavenly. Everything matches so it’s a great vibe. These are by no means detractors but honest feedback for the host who can make this A+ listing an A++. 1) need a table to eat / work on comfortably! having only the ottoman was worrying with a carpet where drinks or food can stain underneath it if spilled 2) separation between floors could be more clear. Guests upstairs tried to open our (locked) door from the interior one night. No big deal 3) living room AC unit drips water onto the window sill / marble table / electric outlets. we put a towel to catch all the water throughout our trip but seems the unit condenses easily even when it’s hot or cold outside and it’s not on

Such a cute spot to stay while town for a few days. As noted in the listing, parking can be a bit of a challenge but that’s city life for you. We’re (former) locals so the neighborhood was very familiar, safe and quiet. The apartment was great, very cozy, and Brooke was fantastic at communication, very responsive and helpful. Overall I would recommend and would stay here again.

We felt very comfortable in Cecia's apartment. The apartment was very clean and as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Communication was quick and friendly and we got a lot of valuable tips from her and her husband. From JFK Airport it was about 2 hours by public transport to the apartment. To get to Manhattan, there are several bus lines, the stops are 2 to 10 minutes away. Near the apartment, there are also many restaurants and bakeries, as well as supermarkets. Thanks for the wonderful stay. :-)

Sergia was a great host! I really appreciated the local tips and the little extra touches, like having croissants for breakfast, which was super helpful since I arrived late and didn’t get a chance to grab groceries. It was really easy to communicate with her, both in person and over messages. Overall, a great spot to stay while I was in town for work!

Joe's place was fantastic. My wife was having surgery at Greenwich Hospital. Joe's place offered me a great place to work just minutes from the hospital and many great restaurants. There was plenty of privacy, space, and amenities that made my stay very easy and relaxed. I would highly recommend and will look for this property again if I have a need to stay in the area again.

Beautiful location right on a walkable beach, modern and new with great added features. A great retreat. Viola the host is super accommodating, responsive and a great host who gives you your own space and goes out of her way to make your time relaxed and stress free.
