The M26/M25 and M20 motorways are just 10 minutes away. Set in a beautiful countryside valley setting high above the road -- perfect for lovely walks in the country and visits to the village pub. The property has a large garden and parking for up to two cars.

We live on a quiet cul-de-sac. Garden Lodge is at the top of our garden so expect to have to climb some steps (17 made of bricks). It has lovely views of the garden and surrounding area. Garden Lodge is made of reclaimed bricks and has a polish concrete floor. It has a small kitchen area outside the main building. It has a decking with outdoor garden furniture and a fire pit.

This listing is categorically not suitable for groups of singles. Sadly no dogs. Our cottage has stunning views across Kent, situated down a quiet farm lane with no other houses in sight. We are 10 mins from the centre of Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Paddock Wood. It is incredibly cosy with underfloor heating throughout, it is also totally eco friendly.
