Felt right at home! The porch was nice to sit out on and listen and watch the birds! It was great. The location was perfect and the close by restaurants were delicious! Would definitely stay again.

This place was great for what our family needed. We were able to communicate easily with Sha when we were having technical issues with the parking pass, and it was easily resolved. She was very fast at responding.

This was a nice location as we we needed to be near rose bowl stadium for a festival which was about a 20 minute drive. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The WiFi was patchy at times for short period but everything worked out fine. Loved the tv with Netflix! Jason was a very responsive host. The laundry was located in the laundry room separately from the unit along with detergent all for free :)

Such a cute, tidy and clean apartment! My two daughters and I stayed here for four nights while we were visiting my sister. We all felt cozy and at home and enjoyed the amenities. It has clearly been renovated with new fixtures and the shower is great. Comfy beds and pretty quiet at night. Would definitely recommend!

Victoria's house is comfortable and well-appointed. The decor is peaceful and throughful, and the kitchen is extremely well provisioned. We enjoyed cooking and lounging on the deck. The neighborhood was great for dog-walking. The use of the garage was much appreciated and necessary if you have two cars. The house guide had clear instructions. Overall, a great visit.

Jia and her co-hosts were amazing. We stayed for 2 months while our house was getting remediated. We were nervous about getting a place in time so that we would not have a gap in housing and Jia was so helpful and responsive it put our minds at ease. She also helped us problem solve for some of the things we needed. She truly went above and beyond. I cannot say enough about how grateful we were for this since we were under a lot of stress due to the circumstances. The place itself was awesome. Beautiful and clean, modern and spacious bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and so was the couch. The kitchen had what we needed. The location was super convenient for everything we needed to do. Walkable to restaurants. All in all, we loved the place!

Nice hidden oasis just north of the main part of Monrovia. It’s a quiet neighborhood so you feel like it’s truly a home and not a vacation rental. The towels are super soft, the kitchen has soft closing drawers, and the A/C worked great in both areas. The bed was super comfortable too! Pro Tip: The shower takes a few minutes to heat up. Definitely would stay here again.

This place was exactly what we needed, and Jason is a fabulous host! Everything was exactly as described. On top of that, it was super clean, and lots of attention was paid to details that make it a super comfortable stay, for example: double locks on all doors (even bathroom and bedrooms), tankless hot water heater, air purifier, hot water dispenser and Keurig with pods, laundry, dishwasher, full stove and oven, great TV, AC and heat. There was even a computer provided if you didn’t bring one and need to get online. It was clear that Jason and team spent a lot of time thinking about small touches that would make it a comfortable and functional space. They anticipated so many needs. It was very quiet and seemed like a safe neighborhood! Would definitely book again!

This home was our saving grace right after the wildfires and provided a place for my parents to stay while our house was being cleaned. D and team were always responsive and helpful and so kind during a very difficult time. The house itself is very cute and cozy! Beds are comfy and easy kitchen to cook in. Lots of space and huge backyard to hang out in. We’d definitely recommend staying here for your next trip in Pasadena!

We LOVED our stay! One of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve experienced. Convenient location for our trip. Easy-to-use gate, self check-in, and guaranteed safe parking along with amazing AC units and one of the biggest TV’s and softest beds we’ve had provided before. :) Really fantastic stay and helpful/responsive hosts. They answered all of my questions and were really really nice! Excellent arrival instructions with photos too. I would happily stay with them again any time.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

We really liked the place, it was a walking distance to Caltech and very close to Trader Joe's and other shops. Kitchen and appliances were excellent, kitchen was well-equipped, bathrooms were nice and clean, bedrooms were very nice too. The area is wonderful, very quiet and yet with shops nearby. I'd stay again.
