Vacation rentals with a fireplace in East Palo Alto

Very nice, comfortable home. The home came with everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. The house was so close to everything and yet the neighborhood was indeed very peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay!

We selected this property to accommodate our large group and were thoroughly impressed. The spacious layout offered excellent comfort for everyone, while the beautiful backyard provided a perfect gathering space. Kate's responsiveness as a host was exceptional - she quickly addressed all our questions and requests throughout our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to book it again when hosting future guests.

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was peaceful and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. One of the biggest highlights was how welcoming they were to our pups. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent; they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Tim was a wonderful host and we felt right at home from the moment we walked through the door. I was travelling with my 6, 8 and 9 year old and we chose the apartment for its location and amenities. I like to cook and Tim had everything I needed to put together our meals. The views are spectacular from his place, the bedrooms super comfortable and the bathroom was idyllic - super toasty and luxurious. We found Tim to be a very kind, friendly and generous host and would love to stay at his place again should we be back in town. Thank you so much for having us Tim!

Very responsive hosts with great recommendations, and they also left a very nice welcome gift for us. I can't recommend this area more if you want to visit San Francisco, Santa Cruz, or even the coast right across the street. Very private, great balcony, great hosts!

This was our second time staying at Tara and Reid's listing while travelling for work. Which speaks volumes of how great their listing and location is, on Potrero Hill! The photos are exactly what it looks like; I'm almost reluctant to shout this out for fear that it'll be booked our next time we visit SF again.

A very cozy place, loved the large windows and the fireplace. Comes with parking too, which is a big plus. Located in a great, quiet neighborhood that's a 15ish minute walk from UC Berkeley (the stadium and Haas in particular). Had a great stay overall, would highly recommend!

Matthew is a great host who has a great place to stay! He was flexible with check-in and I've never had an easier check-out. The space itself is wonderfully stocked and includes all the amenities you need in a stay, which can be rare for Airbnbs nowadays. Would highly recommend for any groups who want the combination of great space and a great location! Thanks for an unforgettable weekend!

Everything as described. Well-stocked kitchen, perfectly capable of cooking meals. Lots of space. ~15 min walk to Berkeley Bowl, which is a great place to pick up groceries. Some reviews mention hearing footsteps overhead; there is an apartment overhead, and the sound is about as loud as you would expect for living in a lower-level apartment. Joe is very quick to respond to questions, which reduces any issues that might come up. I had some problem with the WiFi, and Joe replied quickly to help me troubleshoot the issue. Overall a smooth experience.

This is the best Airbnb I have ever seen. I booked this for my friends that were visiting the Bay Area for the first time. They loved staying at Renzo's 'Gem #1' home! I will not ruin all of the surprises that come with staying at this property. Such a great stay and host!

Heidi’s place is one of my best air b n b experiences. Her house is clean comfortable, snacks and cookware made for an easy transition. The apartment was beautifully furnished and thoughtfully designed. It really feels like she cares about her guests and their experience. The unit is quiet and parking was always right in front. Really nice cafe nearby. Laundry mat was clean and easy to get a machine on the weekdays. I live in oakland but needed a place to stay for a month and it was a mini vacation staying by the lake. A few times I ran into Heidi as she was out walking her dog, she is a joy.

everything was super nice, only thing was the charger didnt work which was very bummed out, but overall house is super spacious and nice, plenty of room for family and friends! mason was helpful & communicative!

I rented this house to celebrate my birthday with friends and it was such a beautiful, well sized space. The views were gorgeous and the accommodations were unique and perfect for what we needed. Overall such an amazing stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

My two adult daughters and myself had a quick overnight stay in San Jose and this place was perfect! Clean! Comfy beds! Plenty of room! We stayed in the third floor suite which had a kitchen and a sweet little reading nook. We will definitely book again when heading through San Jose!

Can't wait to go back, even though we live in the same town! We had to find a place quickly because we had some damage at our home and Laurie and Bradley were so accommodating and flexible. The property is gorgeous! And I can't say enough about the showers. Every piece of furniture was so comfortable, including the beds (and I am very picky when it comes to beds). The view was spectacular. Besides the incredible amenities, Laurie and Bradley were such incredible hosts and were very easy to reach and super responsive to the many requests we had to extend our stay. I highly recommend their house.

Jose and Gabriella’s beautiful home exceeded my already heightened expectations after reading the reviews. The pictures do not capture the thought and care they've poured into their property. The kitchen is the heart of this mountain home. It was clearly designed for function and entertaining, and the panoramic view of coastal redwoods was the perfect backdrop for both. It came comprehensively stocked with every imaginable appliance and gadget, including a refrigerator twice the standard size, two full-sized ovens, and a massive island that can comfortably seat ten people. Jose and Gabriella were the perfect hosts, attentive, genuine and pleasant to interact. Easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. I wish I didn’t have to leave, but I look forward to returning soon.
