pretty good space. walls were very thin. if you like waking to natural sun light the room was very bright in the morning.

the outdoor area was great. We ate many of our meals out there. There was some road noise but the inside was very quiet.

We had an amazing stay! The house was super clean, comfy, and had all the amenities we needed. Oliver is such a thoughtful host, very easy to communicate with and quick to help. He lives just behind the house, so when we needed the sofa bed, he brought it over right away. We were in town for the HITC Festival, and the location was perfect, really close to the Rose Bowl Stadium and not too far from to the city either.

Amazing stay, would definitely come back. A very peaceful experience and cozy and comfortable apartment with everything you need. Host was incredibly responsive and everything went seamlessly, stress free checkin, checkout, and parking. Thank you so much ✨️✨️🌈

We had a great stay at this home! The location is excellent — everything we needed was close by, and having SoFi Stadium just down the street made getting to a game super convenient. The house itself was very clean, well-stocked with amenities, and felt comfortable and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the host was friendly and responsive to any questions we had. We drove in from El Paso to visit family, and this spot ended up being the perfect home base. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Our stay was amazing. The house is a peaceful oasis, but only a few minutes walk away from amazing stores and restaurant. The house has so much charm and the backyard is just amazing. Denis was so responsive, friendly, and the house manual was one of the best I’ve seen! Perfect spot for a comfy, hip, and relaxing stay in LA.

This is our second stay at Brian’s place, this time for a few weeks. The view and peaceful outdoors is spectacular and lush, and it was easy to feel at home in the cozy living spaces. Brian was again an awesome communicator and super kind!

Mk is very proactive and responsive host, he sent you very detailed instructions few days before your reservation and responds quick to question during your stay He also checks in with you often to make sure you are taken care of. Overall good experience

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

The casita was just right for the 3 of us, our dog included. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we were able to walk our dog. The bed was super comfortable and there was enough prep space for meals in the small kitchen. Liz was super helpful when I inquired about a request for our pet. Lovely spot, we would stay again! Unique apartment downtown L.A. All exactly as described and as on photos. The host was very helpful and precise in descriptions and we enjoyed the stay a lot. Nice terrace at the top floor with pool which we enjoyed in the morning.

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

The house was perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of space, two full bathrooms and small patio space and a pool. The neighborhood felt safe and my husband and teenager daughter had no issues in their morning runs. The walk to the restaurants and shops was easy and safe. The house is situated not far from I-5 so there is highway background noise but that wasn't a bother for us. The landscaping helped the back yard space feel like an oasis. We had great communication for the Air Concierge team and their house instructions were clear and well written.

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

Her sweet pets greeted us warmly, which made the stay even more special. There were no loud noises, no miscommunication—just peace, comfort, and great vibes the entire time. Breanna was an excellent host, and we truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and care she put into making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

I was sad to leave this place 😭😭 the view, the apartment, the cleanliness, the parking garage, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean. The garage was safe and easily accessible. It was good for a group of 5. Kye was an amazing host! When I had trouble entering the apartment, he responded right away. We were missing an amenity and he was able to get us one that same night! Amazing place and an amazing host! Thank you Kye! If I ever come back I’ll be sure to stay here again. 😊

We had a great stay! It was a beautiful home in a great area! We stayed a couple of days with our little doggo and it was perfect! Gaby was a great host too, really communicative and we’d absolutely stay again!

Super schöne und super saubere Unterkunft. Genau wie beschrieben. Auf Fragen und Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. ( wir brauchten einen 3. Stuhl, wurde auf Nachfrage direkr gebracht. ) Super freundlich. Lediglich die Hunde des Nachbarn sind ziemlich laut. Sollten wir nochmal nach Los Angeles kommen werden wir direkt wieder kommen

Kristin and Richard run an incresibly nice studio behind their house in South Pasadena. It had great amenities, felt very private, and was centrally located with great access to activities in the area. Checking in was a breeze and Kristin and Richard were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Besides the studio being clean and well stocked, I was delighted at the natural features of the property, their adjacent garden/ small animal enclosures. I would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Staying here every time we come to LA! Spot is perfect for 2 people, there’s tacos across the street and plenty of stores/restaurants in the area. It’s LA - of course you’re gonna see some sh*t but I felt safe and comfortable both times I stayed here, even without my partner. Great host!

We had an incredible 10-day stay at Nada’s place. The apartment is perfectly located just outside Little Tokyo, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and local spots within walking distance. It made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. But what truly made our stay special was Nada herself. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, attentive, and always available for any questions or help we needed — without ever being intrusive. Her kindness and hospitality made a real difference, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We can’t recommend Nada’s place highly enough, and we’d absolutely love to stay again if we’re ever back in the area. Thank you again for everything, Nada!

Stay here with my bf for our Disneyland trip. This tiny home was just what we needed, a place close to Disney it was very clean with amenities, comfy private place to rest during the day and night with it’s own private bathroom, tv projector, microwave and fridge. My bf loved that it came with complimentary snacks and waters. I loved the check in and out time it was very convenient for our trip plus the bed was very comfy. The host was very lovely and communicative which made the stay easy and pleasurable they let us know of any usual disturbances ahead of time like parking hours or trash pick up noise which they provided earplugs in advance and although we didn’t use them it was nice to know we had them in hand. Home does not have a tv per description so I brought my tablet but upon arrival we saw it had a projector which we loved, it was easy to stream our phones. 10/10 would recommend and we hope to be able to stay again for any future Disney trips.
