Everything was perfect for my colleagues stay! Check in was easy and we had no issues. Would happily stay again!

This was an amazing property. It was very peaceful and beautiful! It was close enough to London driving but still in the countryside where it was relaxing and away from the busyiness. I would recommend this property to others!

This cozy little property was exactly as described, and is tucked away in the most beautiful surrounds. Our lovely host, Laura, was easy to communicate with and made us feel right at home. The only down-side is the hum from the motorway (depending on the wind’s direction), but that can be easily drowned out by the jets from the private hot tub! ;) All in all, Point Lodge is a perfect escape from the world! I’ll definitely be returning!

The cottages are in a beautiful location, with precise locations from Doug which made it easy to locate. The house was well kept and the hot tub was a brilliant addition with instructions on how to operate if unsure, the hospitality was great. As well the grounds around the church and cottage’s are kept to tip top condition. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back.

Staying in this location was incredible. It was the perfect get away to spend some time relaxing, sitting in the sun, and watching all the fishes in the lake. It’s super close to nearby towns so plenty of things to do and go off site for a drink or some food.

We had a wonderful stay at Kitchen Hall cottages - the swimming pool made it very special for our 4 year old!! Wendy and Max were very responsive and we appreciated their recommendation to visit The Rainbow and Dove - the food was delicious! We visited Hatfield Forest National Trust for a big walk too - it was lovely and would recommend this.

The cottage is so lovely,home for home , spotless clean ,lovely and quiet, so many added extra touches by Helen to make our stay so fabulous and welcome pack much appreciated, easy check-in, easy parking -great communication from Helen, comfortable and highly recomended , close to Chelmsford but also situated down a private road which was quiet -lovely relaxing conservatory in the sunshine -10 out of 10 and brilliant host -thankyou Helen for a great stay

We had a great stay at Lychgate House, it felt like a real home from home. Everything was good and as described and shown in the photos. On top of that the bed was very comfy and it was so quiet at night. Lovely to hear the church bells in the daytime. Marie was a great host, very friendly and helpful.

Lovely little place! Gorgeous walk through woods on your doorstep, dog friendly, and lovely bedroom and bathroom! Nice garden area too, and parking right outside. There’s no oven or hob but the listing does explain that!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, Abi’s place really is a home from home. Everything is super comfortable and her house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It’s walkable to Cobham high street which is perfect and it has plenty of lovely walks close by. Abi is also a wonderful and friendly host, very responsible and was flexible with check out time which made all the difference as we were staying with our young daughter. Could not recommend Abi’s home enough. Thank you Abi for a lovely stay x

We stayed at Lee's for four months while my husband was shooting a movie at the nearby bovingdon airfield. This is the perfect location in terms of proximity to the studio. The place is very clean, quiet and peaceful. There are footpaths at the end of the driveway to a sprawling forest, ending at the common where there's a nice pub. You'll need a car here to reach most things, but this was expected in the countryside. The shower is a little small for tall people (my husband), but otherwise the place is wonderful and has absolutely everything you need. Lee even had the place cleaned once a week, included in the fee. A great option for filmmakers who don't mind being in the country.

We had a great stay at The Gingerbread House. The house was spotless, beds comfortable and Jo was great. We were visiting family in Bromley and Sevenoaks and the accommodation was perfect for access to M25 and A21. Many thanks

My husband and I stayed for a few nights over a weekend. The coach house is absolutely lovely. It is very comfortable, private, quiet, peaceful and was a nice respite from having spent time in busy London. You have everything you need to relax, sleep well and cook in. The place is nicely designed, tastefully decorated and clean. Petra greeted us upon arrival, showed us around and left us lovely provisions (decadent cakes!) to get us started on a nice weekend. We went for long walks/runs in Richmond Park (a 5 min walk away), and enjoyed hanging out in the house on a rainy Saturday. A large Sainsbury's is a 15-min walk away, and the Noribiton station is a 20 min walk. The coach house is located in a peaceful neighborhood with little traffic. We walked or took public transport. All in all, a fantastic, quiet getaway. We would definitely stay again.

Truly a unique house in an amazing setting - a view of the tides on the Thames! A home 400 years old, with quirky steep staircases and full of charm! The views and people-watching opportunities were amazing, and it was so close to the Underground that we could go anywhere in London easily. The neighborhood was lovely for walks, and had convenience stores a few minutes away. Our host responded immediately to questions, and provided everything we needed to feel at home. There were also many recommendations for eating out and visiting nearby attractions. The only drawback for us was a nearby pub that kept later hours than ours on the weekend, but the bedroom downstairs was always very quiet. For an immersive experience of living in England you would get nowhere else, this is the perfect place to stay. We loved it.

Aideen was a great host, very accommodating with our check in and check out times. Provided local recommendations on where to eat and how to find the local transport. The prefect for our weekend stay. We would definitely stay there again.

We were delighted with the spacious, quality accommodation that Karon provided. It was really comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our three night stay. It also has a lovely outdoor area which we didn’t get chance to experience but is a great addition to the property. We hope to return when we are next in the area with our job!! Thank you !!!

Norsey Cottage was absolutely wonderful and Matt was so accommodating for us and made check in super easy. Would easily give 6 stars if possible! The cottage is cosy and comfortable with everything you need, And was perfectly located to get us into London as its so close the train station, the high street has so many restaurant's close by too. cannot recommend enough, Thanks again Matt! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
