Kim and her husband were wonderful hosts. They were very warm and welcoming and very kind. The apartment had everything we needed, and they also provided a few treats which my family loved 🥰 I will definitely recommend their place to anyone. Oh and it’s close to the beach which was a plus for us.

Winter Hill Home - Compact

Veronica was such an incredible host!! We were blown away by how amazing the place was the photos really don't do it justice. So peaceful, neat, tidy and best part was that the light was also a speaker!! Now that was a pleasant surprise.

The flat is very comfortable with modern amenities and very tasteful furnishings. One of the first things I noticed was how quiet and private it was - qualities I really appreciate. It is also fairly roomy and one doesn't feel at all cramped. In fact, it feels modestly luxurious. The flat is within walking distance of a grocery shop and a short drive from the beach. I've stayed in quite a few Airbnb's and this is definitely one of my favourites now. Sometimes one goes to a bnb and it ends up being much smaller than the pictures show, or it's on a noisy road, but this did not disappoint. I will visit again next time I am in East London.

We enjoyed our time at Sonja's place. I loved receiving the loadshedding schedule and helped us plan our outings better, especially with a toddler. Thank you, Sonja, for your excellent hospitality.
