Family-friendly vacation rentals in East Lake

Our group of ladies were excited to stay at SkySuite for a lovely weekend getaway in wine country! Saskia and Maarten have been very welcoming and always communicated with us in a polite and timely manner. SkySuite was presented to us in pristine condition, equipped with all of the amenities and supplies that you could need for a visit! It's a beautiful location in a private setting; we really enjoyed the hot tub under the stars and truly appreciated the accessibility features of SkySuite. The lakefront view from the property is truly unique for an Airbnb location, you will not be disappointed! Plenty of fresh towels, clean linens, and a lot of wonderful perks including a Nespresso machine! Saskia and Maarten were very accommodating and provided too notch hospitality, without any pressure and provided us with the space we all enjoyed. We will be recommending this property to others and would absolutely love to attend this property in the future for our visits to PEC!

Superbe maison, très proche de plusieurs vignobles et à 10 min de Wellington. Nous avons eu un excellent séjour et Trevor était très réactif. Je recommande fortement ;) PS : le parc pour enfant a une centaine de mètres était vraiment un must! Idéal pour les petits! On reviendra, c'est sur!

We stayed at the house for a family long weekend in May 2025. The property was as described and well appointed. A great base to visit the County.

We had a great time. The cottage is large and bright nicely situated on uphill. The views overlooking the water are beautiful! The hot tub located in the large deck facing the pond was really amazing. We enjoyed observing the little wild life, birds, turtle, firefights.. The owners were communicative and helpful. A great get away place to unwind!

2nd time staying at this beautiful cabin. Would stay again and again!! Lovely place to spend a weekend.

Happy to share a few things for any future visitor; Here are the takeaways from a 3n4d stay: -Great access to town <5 to Tweed -Wineries (PEC, Belleville, Tweed) within 1 hour -Beautiful Parks to Hike! Within an hour or less (recommend Bon Echo) -Celiac Friendly! Breakfast was good & CinnaBuns! -Great amount of amenities on site - tub, bbq, outdoor lounge, firepit, games, tv, wifi -Highly communicative host, responsive & attentive -Be respectful of the rules, as with any AirBnB it should be treated a little more like home and a little less like a hotel if it’s a Bed & Breakfast. This was for a friend retreat with a mix of activities, we enjoyed a lot in the area & still more to see, like a dark sky viewing area not far away. We appreciated the attention to detail such as allergies or extra blankets. There is on site presence, so one might recommend being respectful outside especially when voices carry. Awesome for a couple or a few friends as it’s great as a quiet retreat.

Our stay at Denise’s place was amazing! The house was beautiful, spacious, and located in a lovely little town. It fit all six of us adults comfortably, and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped—we even had a barbecue and were pleasantly surprised that everything we needed for it was available. Denise was very kind and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We felt very welcomed and would love to come back again!

We absolutely loved our short stay at Matthew and Natalie's place. It was a beautiful, peaceful environment that really provided a relaxing vacation. Everything in the house was thoughtful and lovely, from the decor to the well stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend and hope to return!

We had a great experience at Zev’s place. It was nice and cozy and central to everything that we planned to do in PEC. It was perfect for what my husband and I needed for a weekend getaway. Zev was even kind enough to gift us with a bottle of wine. We would love to return again.

Great place to kick back and relax. Beautiful view and we were comfortable for our entire stay.

This cabin at Forest Mills is perfect for a solo peaceful retreat. The bush setting creates a calming atmosphere where nature is ever-present. Inside the cabin is clean, modern and well equiped for a comfy stay. Inspired by this environment, I focused on art projects and personal growth. Daryl and Karen were available when I needed guidance, such as how to start the fireplace, while also respectful of my need for privacy. I look forward to return to the Forest Mills cabin in the future - it truly is a special place.

My stay was great. The apartment is set up with everything you could need while away from home.

Doris and her husband were the warmest hosts and were very accommodating with our requests. The place is clean, well furnished and spacious and our pup was very happy to be there with us. We would surely return and recommend Doris' place. Thank you for a great time!

We were attending a family wedding in the area. We had a wonderful weekend at the cottage. If we are ever in the area again we will be booking here ! You have a Super cute cottage on the lake with all the amenities needed for a fun time🥰

It was a great stay and very accommodating. Kids enjoyed the pool table and foosball indoors as well as the pool and lake outside. The kitchen and view of the lake was amazing. Lots of fishing was done from the docks and petal boat and some paddling from the kayak and paddle board (we brought this).

We stayed at Erica’s place for my friend’s bachelorette and it exceeded all expectations. The outdoor space is what truly makes this accommodation worth while - with a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit and a spectacular view to top it all off. We were lucky to have a beautiful weekend of weather and got to make the most of it. Inside the kitchen had everything appliance you could need to whip up a great meal overall and the space more than met our needs as a group of 7. Erica’s communication was top notch and she even approved a last minute early check-in request for our group. :) 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful family getaway! The lake was just a short walk away, and we loved falling asleep to the soothing sounds of bullfrogs and birds. Ken and Gwen were incredibly kind and accommodating hosts. If you're an animal lover, you'll enjoy the goats, hens, and other local wildlife on the property. The pull-out couch offers a beautiful view of both the lake and the pond. Plus, there's a great selection of books and Netflix for some relaxing downtime. Look forward to visiting for a winter trip once the sauna is completed🤞🏽Until next time.

Our stay at the Oasis was wonderful! Tons of space and great pool area. The kitchen is fully stocked and Laura was very responsive. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

We were celebrating my husband’s 65th birthday with our children and grandchildren. It was a lovely weekend being together in beautiful surroundings. We loved eating our meals in the outdoor room and being able to enjoy the view and sitting by the fire every night. There is a pool that isn’t heated so it was cold but I’m sure with the hot weather approaching it will heat up nicely.

Heather’s house was a fantastic place to spend the weekend in PEC! The house and property were beautiful, spotless and came stocked with any and every amenity you might need. The location was also great as it was private but still close to many wineries. Heather was friendly, informative and responsive and made the entire process easy. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a getaway in the county!

Kerry and John's airbnb is amazing. It is even better than the pictures. We had an amazing time with 4 adults and 2 kids. We were greeted with welcome wine and a sweet note from them. We all enjoyed the pool and the kids loved the huge backyard to run around. The place was cozy, clean and had everything we could have asked for. communication was a breeze. We would love to return some time.
