this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

We were stayed here for 2d1n for family gathering, we did lots of cooking and the host really helpful to complete all the utensils we needed. The house is really neat, comfortable and clean. The only thing less is there's no enough space if we bring more than 2 cars since the road outside the house quite packed and narrow so we need to park our car a bit far from the house. But overall very satistied with the experience at this house and the responsive host. the location is also quite strategic located at the center of the city.

Silvia place matches the exact picture! Stayed here for a week and one of the best unit I have stayed in Menteng Park! The view towards the city and Taman Ismail Marzuki is top notch and one of the highlight of my stay. You can just sit nearby the window comfortably and just people watch. The little touch of amenities bring out the personality of the room.Silvia was very responsive on the message and reply very quickly if I have any trouble or question! Definitely will come back and stay here if I visit Jakarta again!

Casa Grande is a very good place to stay since it has direct access to the mall. The unit was clean and the check in was smooth.

Enjoyed the stay. Judika was very helpful and responsive. Can get a bit loud sometimes because of the 4 lane road right next to it but it didn’t bother me much. Recommended to stay.

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—being directly connected to Kota Kasablanka Mall made everything so easy. Probably the most responsive host with clear instructions. Checking in and out were easy peasy. The apartment has all the basic necessities, clean, secure and in a close proximity from great restaurants etc. You also get a free parking. Highly recommended if you're in the area. Thank you!
