perfect for family gatherings. the upstairs room is super big, the kids can sleep on a futon. super clean rooms, bathrooms and pantries. drinking water provided👍👍 complete cutlery, you can order online to eat together.

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

it was so great to find a right place for our familly staycation. it fits up to 5 people, the place is great and has a lot of store to provide your needs. the neighbourhood was also great, you can walk around the place. this house has a wide backyard wich is very nice and spacious for carpark. They provide you with every familly needs.

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

Stay at somebody else's apartement but feels like home. Definitely will be back. The unit are spacious and comfortable, clean and also neat. Facility and amenities are complete. Get free parking at basement. Maybe you can provide Digital TV antenna in the further. Overall we had pleasant and great time staying at this place. Thank you for hosting us.

The moment we arrived until we left the apartment was mr illy and his staffe friendly very helpful very nice the place was perfectly beautiful area very very clean with a lot of space for us as stated in the listing. in building is one of the best mall in all of Jakarta very very big mall you can find as shopping or restaurant very much greetings shopping center in mall was as a fantastic holiday. definitely recommend next time on vacation in Jakarta in the same place for everyone

The apartment unit is clean, has a good interior design, complete equipment, is in a strategic location such as being next to the mall and opposite the train station.

The apartment I stayed in met my needs sufficiently. Herman was also very helpful and caring. The only problem is that it is far from the city center, but you can handle it with the train station in front of the site.

Great apartment, great location

I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

Even though it was only for one night, we were very satisfied with the place we stayed in. The image in the photo is very similar to reality. The whole room is very clean and the kitchen equipment is very complete. The pool is also very clean. Definitely, recommended.

My mom and I stayed at Al's again for the second time—and we loved it! The place felt like a true home away from home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, such as towels and towel mats in the bathroom, hangers, proper amount of utensils, etc. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, with the place being regularly cleaned and maintained, which made for a worry-free and pleasant experience. Al was also responsive as always. Highly recommend!

Darma was a great host, responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. The apartment was very clean and close to public transportation. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place.

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. It boasts a very high level of accommodation and surroundings even in Jakarta. The swimming pool, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are all very good. A place I'd like to stay again next time.
