Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in East Gwillimbury

Foad's house met our needs very well. It was clean and spacious. The communication was always quick. The layout of the rooms is a little unusual and there is no oven or dishwasher, but we were happy overall with our stay.

Great stay. Brought the family there for a weekend of pool fun. My kids are 3 and 16 months. Minoo is a great host and very responsive. The home is meticulous but not particularly kid friendly - she was upfront and described this to me in advance. If you have a little one that likes to explore on their own - you need to keep an eye on them, lots of little decorations at arms reach for the kids. Spiral staircase can be difficult to use with kids in your arms as well. Pool was beautiful and warm however is not a walk in and the shallow end is a third of the pool. We spent most of our time in the private backyard or out for walks. Local parks and amenities close by. We had a great time and would absolutely stay at Minoos place again when visiting Newmarket. Shiva was a great communicator, before during and after the stay. The house was exactly as described, and had all amenities one could need. Ample parking in the driveway. Quiet neighbourhood. Would stay here again if I was in the area

Brigitte's place was amazing! Very beautiful property, very spacious and inviting! Very clean and she has everything labeled which is very helpful! Has everything you could think of and more. We traveled with a group of 4 grown men for a golf trip and it was more than enough space for everyone! Having 2 full bathrooms is a must and the en-suite attached to the master has a beautiful soaker tub. Very beautiful deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture and the front yard has a nicely landscaped firepit which we didn't use this time but will next time as we will definitely be back! Great place for families and it is even pet friendly! Brigitte is an amazing host, very attentive and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Nicest Air BnB I've ever personally stayed at! Solid 9/10

Recently stayed over the weekend for my sons baseball tournament. The suite was as described, had great amenities, and was clean with some gifts waiting for us upon our arrival. Paris responded quickly to inquiries throughout the weekend and was very accommodating to a special request. The area feels safe and we had lots of privacy. Comes with a full kitchen, BBQ, spacious beds, lots of closet space, and over was a very comfortable and enjoyable place for us to spend our weekend. Thank you again Paris!

My stay at Carley’s place was amazing ! Her place is stunning , incredible attention to detail , comfortable and peaceful. Great location , short walk into the downtown offerings. Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

Cute, clean, private apartment that was in walking distance to many restaurants as well as the subway. Rhuland was very friendly and allowed us to check in early and use the parking, which was a bonus.

I've been using temporary lodging for several years now to get my daughter to/from school. Mark's place has been a real game changer for us. Most accommodations felt like cheap hotel rooms and we've never really felt comfortable or settled in them. Not so here!!! This home feels comfortable and just like home. We were welcomed in at the start of the school year by Mark and he's been amazing ever since. I can't recommended thus place enough...a truely super host.

Best equipped place we have ever stayed at. The bed is so comfortable and the hosts are responsive and so friendly. there is also a park across the street which made the stay for our toddler so much fun.

I rented unit for my parents and they absolutely loved their stay! The place was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything they needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in was nice and easy. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything. Loved our stay here!! Can't say enough positive things about our vacation here. Kitchen was fully stocked, clean bathroom and rooms, easy check in and check out and excellent cooling system as it was a hot few days. Amenities were great and welcoming for families, environment was peaceful and we also loved how the balcony backed onto trees and nature. Would 100% stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Honestly, from the moment we walked in, we could tell this place was spotless it smelled fresh and looked super clean, which immediately made us feel at ease. The apartment is spacious and it has all the essentials. Even the communication with Jennifer was simple and easy. The location is perfect just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and the harbor itself. It was the ideal home base for exploring Friday Harbour. We’d definitely stay here again especially since we try to make Friday harbour a yearly holiday! The only issue was the pool was under construction but we didn’t mind
