House vacation rentals in East Foothills

Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

This spacious home was absolutely beautiful for our stay! We especially appreciated the amenities that the home provided. Specifically, the pool and vast dining spaces were a perfect match for our large family. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, central to the attractions we wanted to see including downtown San Fransisco and the Winchester house. The homeowner was great with communication throughout the booking and check in/out process. Overall, we had a lovely stay in this gorgeous home.

We had a wonderful time during our recent stay at Sean's place. The house is so spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the large kitchen; it never felt crowded, even with a few of us in there at once. We also really appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was with all the pots, pans, plates, and other essentials we needed. Our kids absolutely adored the pool area! It was beautiful and private, and they had so much fun with the basketball hoop. They also loved watching the hummingbirds at the backyard water fountain and the rabbits hopping around in the garden. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Thanks for hosting us!

The decor was delightful! Very well outfitted with everything you need.beds super comfy. Really good size. We had more than enough room. I appreciate that Crystal saw no issue with my service dog joining us. I was a bit disappointed that you had to be on the balcony to see the beach. There was a complex in the front blocking most of the view from indoors. I also had issue with parking. The garage was only for small cars and the street parking was inconsistent and required several steps. My handicapped daughter found it a bit difficult. The area was not easily walked being on a very very steep hill. I wish there were more info in the description. All in all, it was a gorgeous place and really clean, highly recommend for non handicapped folks.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

Most Airbnbs will cheap out on their beds. Allison Rental’s had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve laid in. The primary bedroom’s mattress was firm with plenty of pillows and a soft and warm comforter. I’m grateful Allison allowed us to have a couple extra people stop by. The Airbnb was clean and checking in and checking out was very easy. We loved how clearly everything was labeled, it helped us navigate the house. We had a wonderful stay, Allison was very responsive!

Eric is an exceptional host who strikes the perfect balance between attentiveness and respecting privacy. His responsiveness to requests made my stay completely hassle-free. The house itself exceeds expectations with convenient private parking and an ideal location near highways, Target, Safeway, and various dining options. I particularly appreciated the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere and the convenience of having a full kitchen and laundry facilities right at home. During my month-long stay, I genuinely felt at home and encountered zero issues with the property. We had a wonderful stay here, and we truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect for everything we needed, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities – a definite highlight. There was a few drops of water dripping in the hallway at the bottom of the stairs after after some heavy rain. Julia was informed and took immediate action to address. Overall, we had a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Xiao was very accommodating and their family was very friendly i appreciated getting a chance to speak with them. Waking up to the view here is crazy it’s beautiful during the day and night, I would definitely stay here again.

It was ideal location as we wanted to do some shopping it was near the mall and some restaurants .it’s near the the airport as we were travelling from abroad. Great location x

This is a fabulous space - clean, quiet and exactly as described. One thing I especially appreciated was that the host was both highly responsive and provided such clear and detailed instructions that there was little need to reach out to her. I would absolutely stay at Rene’s again. Great value.

We had such a nice time at sue’s and laurels place felt so comfortable and we felt like we were at home!! The house is very well stocked and didn’t feel empty like so many other rentals. Highly highly recommend! Our dog absolutely loved the back yard and had so much fun running around. This is such an amazing house for dogs. One thing to note is if you have an escape artist dog (like we do) the back gate is a bit shorter. We had no issues at all it’s just something to keep an eye out for!

This was the perfect location for what we needed for the weekend. The house was super cute & comfortable. The microwave though is a trek lolol but I saw the step stool right next to it! Good looking out! The house had everything we needed, fully stocked amenities. Other than that, it worked for our group of 6, and their couch is one ridiculously comfy couch! thank you so much for having us! It was also a plus to enjoy the patio in the morning for breakfast.

A group of us stayed for a wedding in town, and had a great time at Elia’s lounging by the pool and making breakfast together in the mornings. The hosts were super responsive and even Amazoned us a reusable keurig cup during our stay for us to enjoy our own coffee beans
