We had a great time. Perfect accommodation for order, cleanliness, silence, light, proximity to downtown (5 minute walk) and communication with Eduardo, always quick, kind and helpful. Only special note, the bathroom door that is practically not there. Difficulties may arise if you have any privacy issues. With a normal door it would have been a 6-star!

W-A-T a house in a quiet, green area! Everything has been thought of - everything is available. For young and old a very nice property to enjoy in. Beautiful rooms with private sanitary facilities, opportunity for the children to sleep together, relaxation inside and outside, in the middle of the green with fun activities nearby. HIGHLY recommended! We have filled our heart with wonderful (family)memories.

Gerda and Jan are very nice, neat people. I felt right at home in their lovely home. The room and bathroom were also very nice, homely and sparkling clean. In advance, I had asked if I could bring a bike and store it safely, which was no problem at all. Gerda even provided me with fruit juice the second day, after I had indicated that I was not a coffee drinker. No effort was too much for them. There is a very nice Italian restaurant in the nearby area. If I ever need to stay in their neighborhood again, I will definitely check with them again if a room is available.

Sofies & Barts house and the beautiful garden is a real jewel. We had a wonderful time at this place and are still raving about the loving breakfast. With all the little details and a lot of love, the two really made our stay special in every way! Highly recommend!

A compact shower area features smooth, dark tiled walls and a curved shower curtain. A showerhead is mounted above, complemented by a handheld sprayer. A small shelf holds personal care items, while a bottle is placed near the base. The overall design is functional and clean.

Airbnb the way we love it! You will feel at home at Frederik's place, which folds in 4 to welcome you in the best conditions in his home. The bright apartment is on the second floor of a very quiet street, and we had a very pleasant stay. Frederik's recommendations are perfect, and it's very easy to walk from the train station or historic center. If we were to come back to Ghent, we'd love to be able to come back here!

Maurice is a kind and gracious host, and he was very helpful with sending the instructions and recommendations prior to our visit. The apartment is spacious and clean, and it was the perfect location for exploring surrounding areas, as well as Gent. We hope to return and stay here in the near future.

The apartment was beautiful, and matched the photos and description. The location was close to everything and we could pop back easily during the day for a break from sightseeing with the children. There wasn’t much noise from the street. We used Parking Ramen which was about a 10min walk away and 15euro for 24hrs. We would definitely book again.

We had a brilliant time and really enjoyed the balcony in the sun over the canal. The space was beautiful and clean and the kitchen reasonably stocked with utensils. Appreciated the coffee pods that were left and the dishwasher detergent. Note: there used to be a sofa bed but that's gone now. Wasn't a big deal for us but just might impact others. Thanks Eduardo for having us

First I have to thank the Host. She was very friendly and helpful. The house was qualified to meet your basic needs. The location was perfect. Just the spare extra duvet would have been nicer if there was a duvet cover. Thanks again for everything.
