Vacation rentals with a kayak in East Attica Regional Unit

Wir, Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen, hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung und die Kommunikation mit Upstreet funktioniert reibungslos und proaktiv seitens Upstreet. Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr sauber, hat einen tollen umlaufenden Balkon und einen tollen Blick auf Athen. Das einzige, dessen man sich bewusst sein muss ist, dass die Lage zwar sehr schön und in einem sehr guten Viertel in Athen ist, aber man sich etwas auf einem Hügel befindet. Man sollte also einigermaßen gut zu Fuß sein (ca. 20-25min zu Fuss in die Plaka), oder man muss öfter mal mit dem Taxi zurück fahren. Für uns war das kein Problem und wir haben die tolle Aussicht von dem umlaufenden Balkon im 6. Stock sehr genossen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

We had the most perfect stay at Kostas’ place! Nestled in a quiet little village just steps away from hidden beaches, it was everything we hoped for and more. The view from the porch is simply unbelievable — we enjoyed every meal out there, and even took relaxing dips in the jacuzzi under the stars. The house was spotless — super clean and clearly well cared for — which made it even easier to settle in and feel comfortable from the first moment. It’s also fully equipped for cooking and truly made us feel at home. Traveling with two young kids (ages 4 and 6), we found the location ideal — peaceful, convenient, and just a short stroll to charming local taverns. The TV setup was fantastic too, loaded with Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and more — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Kostas was an exceptional host. He helped us plan our trip, answered every question, and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was stocked with basics like spices, olive oil and such ! ♥️

I have stayed here before a few years ago and on both occasions had the best time. We use Tim's home to visit family who live nearby and it's a fantastic home from home for the 10-14 days we visit. Tom is always checking in and is on hand to answer messages quickly. Thank you for having me again Tim. It’s a unique place with great energy. The house is beautiful, has all the amenities you can ask for. The host is very kind and discrete, very responsive, she provided anything we needed. The scenery is just breathtaking. A luxurious stay worth the price.

Jak tak pięknie jest w zimie, to co dopiero w lecie :-) Antonios zawsze dostępny, znajduje rozwiązanie na wszystko! Dom, ogród, zaplecze - pierwsza klasa. Koty - kto lubi, a chyba wszyscy lubimy :-) - dodają dużo atmosfery. Widok z salonu, tarasu i górnego tarasu - bajeczne. Miejsce świetne, morze 100m, knajpki 100-300m i na śniadania, lunche i kolacje. Sklepy też na piechotę, zarówno małe jak i dwa markety. Na lotnisko 20min, do Aten (pod Akropol) 60min. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy dom Anotoniosa.

We loved our stay. Beautiful house and the view is amazing.

We loved it so much we stayed three times! Located in a quiet street, one way traffic and close to beach, buses, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies. Lots of space, fresh and light decor, lounge room and outside area to relax. Highly recommend.

We stayed here 3 nights after a canceled flight.. initially we were upset (with the airline) but when I found this place I said you know what ?! When life gives you lemons 🍋, make lemonade and THIS apartment was indeed lemonade ! The MOST SPACIOUS balcony with mountain 🏔️ AND Aegean Sea 🌊 views. Unreal 🤩 There were also many beautiful restaurants (that Konstantina features in her printed and well-laminated guest guides)- try Nicos Café and Bar. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and felt like home away from home. Super peaceful area. Thank you, Konstantina and Vasiliki for making our unexpected extended vacay so perfect!

Villa The Palm is a wonderful place to stay and we’d highly recommend it. Not only is it in a very relaxed setting close to the beach and easy to get to from the airport, the villa is extremely neat and well-appointed. The host has taken great care to make sure your stay is very comfortable. He was welcoming, friendly, helpful and generous to a degree that exceeds anything I’ve experienced on Airbnb before. A truly special place and a truly wonderful host.
