Nice and spacious apartment. Central location. Easy to reach. Well maintained. **** just take under consideration that in front of the building there is a bar, that plays music almost till early morning. So if you are looking for a good night sleep you need to take under consideration.

We loved our stay at The Duke! Beautiful accomodation and the amenities were great (the pool has insane views and the gym was well equipped). The walk into the main parts of the city aren’t too far, however, can be a bit much with the current heatwave but public transport and taxis are always available nearby. Staff were super lovely as well!

It was so close to the main attractions. We walked to every destionation we desired. We even can't get lost, somehow found ourselves so close to the house. The house is in front of a bar, Pikap which closes at 4 am at weekend. So the music do not get down or off until the time but since we are party animals :) we dressed back and got downstairs for the party. Music was so 2000s :)

We just spent one night here for a layover. However, you could easily make this a destination. The home is even nicer than described. The pool and backyard area look like they belong in a magazine. The location is a 2 minute walk from the sea, 5 minutes to a beach and 10 minutes to all kinds of restaurants. Wish I could've stayed longer. The host was even kind enough to arrange our pick up from and transfer to the airport. Book this place with confidence.

This was a great spot for a night stay in Athens! The rooftop, gym and delicious breakfast were highlights for me. And I love that it was walking distance from everything I wanted to do. I felt very safe in the area to be out at night as well. Would definitely rent from there again.

We always love staying at The Duke IN kolonaki. The rooftop pool is an oasis in the middle of the city. The rooms are fabulous and the the breakfast is delicious and the staff were lovely. We look forward to our next stay here. Highly recommended!

We liked the apartment very much

cute and basic studio with a great view. very quiet place. thomas welcomed me personally which is a rare experience nowadays at airbnb.

The room was like new and spotless. We were also able to do early check-in that served us well as we arrived very early in the morning in Athens!!! In general, the service and communication and the room had all the amenities they needed, very informative information that we ovary and most importantly is inside the center that helps a lot go everywhere on foot!!!

Our staying was fantastic a days in this lovely apartment thanks to Marina everything was easy thank you very much!

I enjoyed very much staying at the apartment and the neighborhood! The location is perfect, i could walk to the main monuments and museums easily without taking taxi, there are plenty of quality bars and street food restaurants in the neighborhood. it is safe and cultural area. the apartment is clean and comfortable just as pictures indicate. daily cleaning is included as well. i would definitely recommend this place!
