Posto da sogno, ideale per una coppia. Vista mozzafiato e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi se si vuole restare a Koundouros. Assolutamente consigliato!

Our party of 4 adults, one 7 yr old and one baby loved our stay! Manto even allowed our family members to park their RV/camper on the property. The kids played in the garden every day, they especially loved the cats. We enjoyed hikes up the hill, walks on the beach and used the kayaks provided at the property multiple times. We came off season in October and there were very people which we loved, very peaceful. The property is remote which we knew beforehand. It’s 20 min drive to a small store and 30+ minutes to a grocery store. We went to Athens area a few times and the nearby adventure park which we highly recommend for kids. We had a very short but wonderful stay and wish we could stay longer. We didn’t have much time to explore the surrounding area but the residence itself was perfect. The pool was great.

Superbe cadre, paisible avec accès direct a la mer. Hôte accueillant, nous a donné toutes les instructions pour arriver avec la plus grande facilité et nous a accueilli pour nous donner les clefs et nous expliqué où était la mer et autres. La région est magnifique beaucoup de choses a voir en plus du temple de Poséidon, il y a Lavrio (Lavio) un petit musée archéologiques tres bien et vous pouvez aussi aller voir le plus vieux amphithéâtre connu an Grèce ( acces libre, vous pouvez demander au musée comment vous y rendre) sur la route de lavrio il y des plage de sable. Et de tres nombreux restaurant dont des très très bons.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette maison, et nous n'avions pas du tout envie de partir…. Elle est située dans un quartier tranquille, avec un accès à une petite plage privée en contrebas que nous avons trouvée vraiment paradisiaque ! La maison en elle-même est petite mais chaleureuse, confortable et plutôt fraîche. A l'extérieur on trouve une petite terrasse intime et ombragée, idéale pour déjeuner dehors, et une autre terrasse plus grande d'où on a une belle vue sur la mer. L'environnement est assez vert (citroniers, figuiers, eucalyptus, oliviers...) et joliment aménagé. Le port de Néa Styra n'est qu'à quelques kilomètres, facile d'accès, et on y trouve toutes sortes de commerces, restaurants, cafés etc. dans une ambiance plutôt familiale et typique. Ça change des coins à touristes... Prévoyez quand même des produits anti moustiques, car bien que la maison soit équipée de moustiquaires sur toutes les ouvertures, ils sont un peu casse-pieds le soir. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Et encore merci à Betsy pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses conseils de restaurants.

Amazing stay! Wish we would have stayed longer, but we were heading home the next morning on a flight. They provided transfer to the airport which was so nice! Quick drive with lots of scenery. We enjoyed lounging by the pool after our long trip in Greece. And the bungalow was amazing. Quick walk to the store next door as well. We also walked to supper.

Brenda was very accommodating and a lovely woman, I arrived very late which was no issue and she popped by in the morning to make sure I had arrived safely as I was travelling alone. The bungalow is gorgeous and exactly the kind of oasis they describe. The beach nearby (on the left of Notos playground) was perfect with lovely water, and not busy at all. The bungalow was a 5 minute walk from the beach as well as all the coffee shops restaurants supermarkets etc as stated in the description. I will 100% be coming back in the future and would highly recommend.

Absolutely a great place to stay. Location is fantastic and the neighborhood is warm and inviting. If you’re lucky you will get to see some locals playing backgammon at sunset at the beach, one block away.

Great place! Exactly what you want at a good price. Close to the port, to Sounion (can watch sunset at Temple of Poseidon and get back home in 15 minutes!)., and close to airport. The only negative is really not the fault of the owner or his place, but in the middle of the night, there was what sounded like a turf war of barking, fighting stray dogs that went on for hours! But that has to be a weird coincidence and not a regular occurrence. Great place and great host! I do recommend.

We made a very last minute booking and had the most wonderful stay in the old wine press! Alex’s parents were so welcoming and gave us lots of information about the property and about Kea. The setting in the middle of the countryside, among the oak trees, with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and the Chora, is just so charming. The wine press itself was very comfortable; the little kitchen was perfect for us to make simple meals and eat outside taking in the view. This was also a great base for us; we didn’t have a car but could pick up hiking trail 1 in either direction to the Chora or to Otzia, or follow the quiet road towards the port or Vourkari. Every direction has outstanding views, and it is possible to walk 5 mins and watch the sunset over the island. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, and to stay again.

We had a one night stay due the ideal location close to the airport. Fantastic facilities and perfect hosts, highly recommend this place!

This place in Agia Paraskevi was so spacious and beautiful. The price point was a good deal, and more importantly, we felt very safe. It was away from the hustle of Athens but close enough to walk to the metro 10 minutes away and take the train to Syntagma Square. Georgios and Erini were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay, and the amenities were unbeatable. We appreciated the full kitchen and the washer for our clothes. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are coming to Greece with family or friends.
