The white plastered earthen walls, natural Kenji-ji bamboo fences, and other features have been gradually renovated and revitalized (currently in the process of revitalization).Originally an old house opened as an almost 100% inbound accommodation.We are conducting a semi open-air bath in the interior of the warehouse and renovation work centered around the water. ■ Soothing moss garden ■ There are three gardens: a front garden, a courtyard, and a back garden. Well water flows everywhere, and there is a stream that flows between the water basin, the gourd, the deer repeller, and the stepping stones. The sun rises right in front of you. You can walk to the beach in about 5 minutes. There is no kitchen, but a BBQ stove is available for those who wish to use it.Please prepare your own ingredients.Use of stoves and similar equipment is permitted outdoors only.There are only private homes in the surrounding neighborhood, so noise after 10 pm is prohibited.A nearby restaurant is about a 10-minute drive. Regarding the room, there is a separate building where we live, and you will be staying there.There is also a pool on the premises, so you can swim.Please let us know when you are using the pool so that we can close the curtains. Please be aware that there are many insects due to the abundance of nature around. It is about 40 minutes by car from Naha Airport.You can also come by bus, but we recommend renting a car.If you wish, we can also recommend convenient rental cars that can be picked up and returned at the airport. Loft on top of a machiya

This is a unique loft space on top of a rare 3 floors machiya located on the central island of Kyoto. On the top floor of HASU former ryokan, we have designed an ensuite appartement with 2 rooms that are like 2 small houses. One room is located on the East side, and the other on the West side, they both have their own shower. The house was renovated in 2020 in order to offer an authentic experience in an ancient ryokan, with a contemporary comfort.
