We were delighted with our stay at Nicholas and his wife's guesthouse. The house was exactly clean and equipped. The location is very nice, quiet, close to a beach (view from the kitchen on the sea). Nicholas was always very responsive, excellent communication. He very kindly picked us up then dropped off at the speedboat pier and was very helpful when the one from the return was canceled! We also rented his small car, our essential ally of our many excursions on the island! We hope to return sometime!!

The location, amenities, and host Kazu, everything was great.It is a facility full of ideas, and you can use everything in the facility, so you can play a lot of things, have a full kitchen relationship, and you can cook together.The weather was not very good, but on the contrary, I think it was good, and if the weather was good, I was busy sightseeing, but I enjoyed relaxing, playing, eating, and enjoying this time at home.Three generations of my parents and children stayed with a total of nine people, and everyone enjoyed it, and it was really fun.There was too much to do, so I didn't have enough to play. The host, Kazu, was also a lovely person full of hospitality.The story was also interesting. We had a great one week holiday at this cozy place. We’ve been picked up on arrival, hired car, using the house, everything’s nice and smooth with Yuri and his team supports. At the house, very quiet, family friendly, lovely nature sounds, stars, no party vibes! We’ve been recommended to get the foods and drinks before getting the house and it was a good advice. Also we’ve enjoyed driving around the island and getting the town. Usagiya restaurant was great! Everything was perfect for us. Thanks so much!

Me and my cousins spend the NYE at this beautiful villa. It was so beautifully made. We loved the simple yet modular kitchen, how the whole space has been designed. It was so aesthetic. The garden, living space,kitchen and rooms - all looked like a Pinterest board and we loved it. And what truly stands out is their hospitality - the caretaker of the property is Raghuveer Ji and he is soo soo humble and sweet. He made our stay so comfortable. He cooks really well and will go out of his way to assist you with anything and everything. Big shout out to him and the owners for really investing in the place with great interiors. The floor planning of the bnb is also very nicely done with great space planning.

Beautiful place to stay! Not only was view and atmosphere amazing but the people were wonderful too! Would definitely recommend! Only miscommunication we had was in the app description, it said it provides kitchen linen and towels but it did not! Other wise it was an amazing stay!

My wife and two dogs stayed there. It was a pity with the light rain, but the BBQ was also delicious, and the dog run was also used.Recommended for everyone. Thanks for your hospitality.

We have a great time here. The location is close to the beach and near the tourist spot such as aquarium and bise tree road. Room is very spacious with a beautiful view. Hosts are friendly and well communicate.
