We loved Dil's place. The little balcony over the garden was perfect for our morning coffee, and we loved the rooftop patio in the evenings. Dil was always responsive, gave us a tour of the area so we could find our way around, and gave us information on where to get groceries, etc. We would stay again.

We did not regret booking the apartment. It's location is fabulous and it was well cleaned. Just be aware that the interior is a bit oldish. For a few days it did not bother us at all. We had a great stay!

Hi everyone! Just wanted to leave a review about this place. The first thing worth mentioning is the location — the apartment is very close to the center of Thamel, just a 5-minute walk to all the cafes, restaurants, and spots with great European-style breakfasts. Secondly, the hosts are super friendly! On the first day, they showed me where to buy affordable fruits and vegetables and even recommended some local places with delicious food. Overall, they were always quick to help and respond to any requests I had (and I had quite a few, haha). It’s only a 10-minute walk to Durbar Square — everything is really close by. Highly recommend!

Our Stay in Sunrise apartments has been fantastic! At first we were worried we would be too far away from everything to move around comfortably, but right away Gokul and his wife eased our worries and we just loved the area- quiet, peaceful and close enough to get to everything. They were so helpful from the beginning and exceptionally accommodating and kind. They were absolutely great hosts, always responsive and very helpful all throughout our stay. We were so happy with the house, it was very comfortable and clean and had great Wi-Fi for working abroad. We were very pleased with the place and will definitely return. We highly recommend this air bnb!!

Place is as pictured and has fantastic amenities; comfy bed, washing machine, & kitchen. Yoshi was also very hospitable and accommodated our requests and gave us nearby recommendations. Only concern is the shower (water may leak) but everything else is fantastic.

I recently moved into this newly built apartment, and I couldn’t be happier! Everything is brand new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The finishes are sleek, the appliances are high-end, and the layout makes great use of the space. You can tell quality was a priority in the construction. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fresh start in a beautiful, modern home!

The building was very new, and the location was perfect. Heated floor and LG styler was a good addition for sure.

We are four adults and one child. Three rooms. The environment is good. It is very hygienic and clean. The facilities are fully equipped. It would be better if they could provide a few more bottles of water. Anyway, I recommend everyone to stay here.

The stay was wonderful, the staff at the property is extremely hospitable and courteous. The host Ranveer was surprisingly quick with all responses and was very accommodating and flexible! Will definitely stay again :)

Staying at Sweet Dream Apartment and meeting Raj was a wonderful time. He was so helpful, had great recommendations, and I really wish we could’ve stayed even longer. I would highly recommend staying here and working with Raj for an unforgettable stay in Kathmandu.

It was very good value for money. It was clean, the room was big, and the downside was that the location was far from the old town. There was a pharmacy below, so it was easy to find. The owner was also kind.

At checked in the place was good, all necessities were there, like hot water, car parking.. apartment was clean and cozy
