We had a great stay at Higlanders View, The house the views and the host was just amazing. Everything we needed was there, Nice to have cleaners. Would go back anytime without a doubt.

Toria was an outstanding host, incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout our stay. The staff were equally warm, friendly, and always ready to assist. Si vous êtes a la recherche d'un endroit calme, paisible, pour vous reconnecter à la nature c'est l'endroit idéal. Vous aurez la possibilité de faire de grandes balades ou de vous baignez très facilement. Brigitte étant très active dans le village, la population locale est autant acceuillante qu'elle. Je suis arrivée un peu tard, Brigitte avait facilité mon arrivé et m'avait même laissé de quoi petit déjeuner le matin. Ça a été une jolie arrivée en douceur. Donc en résumé un cadre très agréable et une hôte très accueillante, je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter.

This place is definitely worth your time looking at. I thought I’d miss being right at the beach, but honestly, we looked forward to coming ‘home’ to Joseph and David and the calm, quiet, cool of Ruby House. We spent time reading, playing games, reconnecting and resting, as well as swimming and bobbing in the creek - listening and watching birds. It is so peaceful - chatting with fishermen, and just taking in the surroundings. We went for a few day trips- the Gede ruins are well worth an hour of your time, sand dunes north of malindi were great. And we LOVED Garoda Beach - much less seaweed and less busy. I could not speak more highly of the staff - they were present but not, flexible, understanding and really wanted to help make your time enjoyable. The rooms were so comfortable. I think it may be a little hot in the very hot month, but it gets a lovely breeze and there is always the one room to escape into for an afternoon nap if necessary - but we didn’t need to do this. Thanks!

This home is so beautiful, I stayed here with my big family of 9 adults and 7 children and it served us perfectly. Everyone has a comfortable bed to sleep on, our kids enjoyed the spacious house and the outdoors. We had an Easter egg hunt and it was so much fun with the great outdoors. It’s right by the river, we enjoyed the river view. It had hot showering water which I didn’t expect really. The kitchen was spacious and all the ladies of the family fit in well. I am looking to book it for Christmas for my family again if possible because it’s just perfection. The staff is so helpful and so polite ! We didn’t want to leave.

Magnifique séjour à Watamu, la villa est au calme dans un lieu très privé. c'est un peu loin de la plage pour s'y rendre à pied avec des enfants mais on peut facilement prendre un Tuktuk... Le personnel est très discret et toujours prêt à aider ou a conseiller. La piscine est très agréable, les équipements fonctionnels, les chiens sont adorables. Nous avons vraiment aimé rester ici.

Absolutely incredible stay. Christopher was responsive and very helpful. The home is absolutely gorgeous. The photos did not do it justice. Waking up to the sound of the water and a beautiful sunrise was incredible. Our guests are already planning their next stay. Oncemore was very attentive and was so thorough in explaining,we didn’t need any assistance the whole weekend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Das Apartment liegt in einer wunderschönen Anlage mit einem tollen Blick auf den kleinen Hafen. Für fünf Personen bietet die Wohnung ausreichend Platz und sie ist vollständig ausgestattet. Innerhalb von drei Minuten erreicht man den Gemeinschaftspool, den Strand "Sandyz Beach", der für die Nicht-Hotelgäste vorgesehen ist, kann man innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Wir sind aus gutem Grund ein 2. Mal gekommen! 😃 Ein faszinierender Ort mit einem wunderschönen in die Mangroven reichenden Anwesen. Abgerundet wird alles durch die herzliche und unkomplizierte Aufnahme durch Ulrike und Parvez.

Wonderful setting and really spacious room and separate bathroom with shower. Peaceful and next to a huge park. Easy to find. Well equipped unit and very secure. Anna is a friendly and considerate host.

Even in very mixed weather, we had a great stay in Cecilias house. What we love is the style of the house, the pool, and that its right on the beach. The maid Rosie is very attentive as well as Cecilia who is very flexible and communicative. Looking forward to return:)

Evie’s cottage was absolutely delightful. We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful quiet and relaxed time. The cottage is set up really beautifully and comfortably. Nothing amis. Extremely cozy and welcoming. Elijah was always on hand to help if anything was needed or if we had any questions as was Evie. There are heaps of places to visit and eat at around the area and it’s truly a gorgeous piece of Nairobi. The farm area inside the compound was great to explore and we even got fresh milk milked that afternoon. Absolutely recommend this cottage 100% and we will certainly be back! Evie was absolutely lovely and gave us such a lovely welcome, we felt right at home. Thank you so much!

Had a lovely stay. We felt comfortable and safe. The water dispenser with fresh water and filter coffee maker were a huge bonus. It also has 3 bedrooms and not just 2 bedrooms and had plenty of space. The hippos came to visit us for 2 nights of our stay, we could hear them munching the grass just outside. Security gate for safety and plenty of space to relax inside and out.

Josie is a lovely, communicative host. We checked in later than expected, but Josie made an effort to come and greet us the following day. The location is AMAZING! So peaceful, and we felt right at home. It’s even more special to us now, as we got engaged at this beautiful place, and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We definitely recommend Josie’s beautiful cabin to anyone wishing to get away from the norm and unwind. We absolutely plan to be back in the future!

We were looking to retreat away from people and noise to get refreshed. This home met our needs perfectly. Nothing but nature on every side of the cottage, with the occasional animal strolling by throughout the day. The house itself was well equipped with comfortable chairs and beds to relax and unwind. Sean and Alex were close enough and very responsive when we needed something, but otherwise you wouldn't even know they whether they were anywhere nearby or not. I also really enjoyed being able to walk around and explore freely with no shortage of places or distance to walk. Highly recommend!

An Unforgettable Stay at Elandsvlei! We had an absolutely incredible stay at Elandsvlei! The entire weekend was peaceful and rejuvenating. We explored every waterfall we could find, enjoyed picnics all over the farm, and took long, scenic walks. The offroading opportunities were fantastic and added a real sense of adventure to our trip. One of the true highlights was stargazing in the boma by a cozy fire — an experience we’ll never forget. The sunrises streaming through our windows each morning were simply breathtaking. The house we stayed in was perfect — it had everything we needed and more, making our stay extremely comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. We were warmly welcomed at the gate and personally escorted to our accommodation. Elandsvlei truly exceeded all our expectations, and we can't wait to return!

Jacqui's place is a nice little hut with 2 bedrooms having a shared bathroom, and a beautifully done living room. It had all the essential amenities, and the outdoor garden space was nice and cosy. We went there with our 2 dogs, and they had a good time - especially going to the river which is 5 minutes walking distance from this place. The host is very accommodating and responsive as well. Thank you!
