I enjoyed the authentic experience of staying in the heart of Jo'burg and the quality of the room and furnishings was excellent. Qiniso was super helpful and showed me around (to buy groceries) on my first afternoon and gave some useful tips. Walking in the CBD might not be for everyone but I had no issues, and Uber is very reliable and safe if needed. Overall I can recommend 1407 The Franklin.

Sidick is a really kind guy, who responds quickly and helpful to messages. Everything was really easy with him. The airbnb was really big, so you have lots of space and we had a nice garden. The location is perfect as it is 7 minutes away from the beautiful beaches and 5 minutes away from a large shopping mall. The small distance to the airport is also a great benefit so we were really happy with everything. Thanks a lot!

As soon as I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and care taken in the accommodation. The accommodation is not only spacious, but it is also equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: fully equipped kitchen, convenient bathroom. The atmosphere of the accommodation is warm and welcoming. The hosts have done a remarkable job creating a space where you can immediately feel at home. Their availability and responsiveness to questions made a significant contribution to making my stay even more enjoyable. In view of the services offered, the value for money is simply unbeatable. For accommodation of this quality in such a central location, I consider it a real godsend. In summary, I can only recommend this place to those looking for a memorable experience. Phuthi is one of the greatest hosts I've ever had. He was responsive. No time of day was ever an issue with him, when it came to communication. Very friendly individual who was always ready to help. I highly recommend him if you need a place in and around Roodepoort.

Great place to stay - right on the beach but private, so not bothered by the endless vendors. The staff were lovely and helpful. very clean and tidy. loved being able to have an AC to sleep at night. My only request was that it would be so helpful to have a water machine, as it was very hot and having to lug big bottles of water was a pain.

Nathalie is a welcoming host and concerned about guest satisfaction. She attaches particular importance to details, which is why the accommodation is impeccable. The location is just perfect, a few minutes' walk from the beach and the supermarket. The pool is a plus that is not negligible. I would like to point out that the residence is under video surveillance, which is a very good point to ensure security. However, please be advised that Nathalie views and uses the images for purposes other than safety.

Refurbished accommodation in a one-story house. The owner was flexible on my schedules, was responsive to my requests and was nearby in case of any problems. I would recommend the accommodation which is ideal and quiet.

Attu's place is located in very safe street close by to the police station, security guarded and monitored with CCTV 24/7. The landscape and garden outside are well maintained which provide a comfortable outdoor atmosphere. The kitchen is full equipped with all the essential utensils for cooking, eating and coffee making. The internal decor and amenities are of high quality designed to give you a sense of luxury and value. The room is spacious with Queen size bed, and I found the mattress to be very comfy covered with very clean sheets. She has installed water system that ensure the water running in the house is clean and safe, the water from the tap is portable. Reliable power with standby generator. I had warm welcoming to the house especially from Mama Agnes who always available whenever you need her help. The host respond swiftly, and she is ready to go extra miles to ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient. This is one of the gems in town and I would recommend to anyone.

We really had a good time staying there, very quite neighborhood and clean. Close to shops and Malls! Loved the area! They welcomed us and the the staff was very courteous and made us feel comfortable! They fulfilled our request! We will definitely come back again if we happen to be Harare! We had an amazing stay at Kosmos Heights. The place is exactly as you see it in the pictures. We had a peaceful stay, felt very homely and we got welcome drinks. The hosts were communicative which made us feel at ease.

Hands down the best airbnb I have ever seen in Kenya. From the security guards at the door to the cleaning room lady, everyone was highly professional. I stayed with my two kids, it was safe and conveniently located like 3mins walk to Sarit Center. They have a small restaurant on site with diverse menu. We loved everything they made. Kids especially lover their pancakes! There is so much positives to say about these apartments so let me just say I will never stay anywhere else while in Nairobi as long as they have availability. Chris was an attentive host, making sure all instructions were clear and all requests were sorted. The hot tub was a delight! A must visit to sit, relax and melt your worries away. The home is so cozy, clean and relaxing. The kitchen is compact but tended to our needs with ease. Overall wonderful weekend away.
