We have already been to this beautiful house several times and always feel very comfortable. It really has everything you need and both nature and Emden are really easy to reach.

We spent very nice days in this beautiful house. The terrace directly on a small canal with a view over the meadows offered pure relaxation. The area is ideal for cycling along the canals and blooming tulip fields. Trudi was a very nice and attentive host. Thank you! Maria and Heiko

We were there with three couples and three dogs. Plus a toddler. It was wonderfully beautiful. Absolutely easy to arrive. The house is decorated with love. You have everything your heart desires. Only one night – but full of impressions. Rysum welcomed us with its quiet beauty, and the "Old Bakery" was a very special place to arrive and feel good. Furnished with a lot of love and a lot of taste, the listed house radiates a warm, honest atmosphere – you can feel its history. And for me as a trained craftsman, I particularly liked the artistic master's certificate of the former resident when I compare it with my boring journeyman's certificate (but also almost 100 years later). Thanks for this little break in a great place and a great village.

What a fantastic lcation to relax en enjoy a peacefull vacation. Lovely place to spend 2 days with our dogs. Also a great host, easy going and helpfull. If you are passing by it is worth the stay.

We enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic time in Midwolde. It was easy to start our bike tours from here. The sauna and all other amenities were outstanding! A very tasteful intererior design. The beds were so comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time in Loes's house and immediately felt very comfortable. There was nothing missing. The artistic and loving decor was absolutely to our taste. Loes is a very friendly and helpful host. We will be happy to come back.

Thank you very much Jolanda for your hospitality, it was very nice to be in the cabin, everything was enough, everything was provided, the only thing is that there is no air conditioning and it was very hot at check-in, but since we planned to walk during the day and get home in the evening, it did not frighten us, since in the morning and evening we felt great. The hostess gave great recommendations for nearby interesting places, which we took advantage of, thank you for this separately! We also visited the village of Giethoorn, it is amazing and not far at all. Overall, the vacation was wonderful, we recommend it.

We had a lovely week with our two children (5 and 8 years) in the cottage on the Schildmeer. We were able to swim almost every day and otherwise explored the surroundings (Groningen, Appingedam, Delfzijl). The amenities are better than indicated: there is toilet paper, hand soap, hand and tea towels and a large selection of cooking utensils and spices in the kitchen. There is no oven, but a microwave where we prepared our casserole. We had a good time and say thank you very much!

Very cozy, clean caravan in a quiet, natural environment with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is very well equipped. The entire complex (showers, pool,...) is also very clean and well maintained. We had the heating on at night, everything worked out great. The staff at the reception were also very friendly. Communication with Stefan was very good. Questions were answered helpfully and quickly. The WiFi connection in the caravan was not always available, but with the existing games, bicycles and the cozy evenings on the beautiful terrace, that was no problem for us. The WiFi connection at the front of the reception/at the pool was very good. It's a perfect place to switch off.

We had a wonderful stay at this chalet! The place is even more cozy and charming than the photos show — beautifully located and very peaceful. It was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Birgit was an incredibly supportive and responsive host. Communication was smooth and friendly from start to finish, and she made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. We are already thinking about coming back in the future. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Great Host and great Stay. Easy Kommunikation. We did go sailing with a skipper the host kindly arranged for us, wich was a great experience.

A lovely retreat surrounded by farm animals. Perfect to start/finish the first couple of legs from the Pieterpad.

For the 2nd time, I stayed at Logement Doosje. A nice place, wonderfully quiet. Ideal for us with our daughter. She can sleep well in her own room, while we have dined well in the restaurant of the B&B.

The property is located in a beautiful landscape close to Lauwersmeer National Park. We enjoyed the time at this beautiful and quiet place very much.

Wonderful and nice central place to explore Schier. In the middle of the village, near the bus, restaurants, supermarket and cozy terraces. Cozily furnished and nice terrace at the front where you can watch the world pass a bit. Also very nice to be able to use the two basic but good quality bicycles. Adjustable saddle without tools in height. Recommended!

We spent a weekend with two families including four children. Location is beautiful, quiet yet close to all amenities. The accommodation is very complete and equipped with every comfort. The children have enjoyed the space with table tennis table, pool table and shuffleboard for hours. Ideal when it was raining outside. The horses outside were also very popular with the children. The sauna and plunge pool for the parents made the house complete. Mieke is very hospitable and gave us good tips for the surroundings. We had a fantastic weekend. The kids can't wait to go again. for us, this place was a super nice base for wading out of houses to Rottemeroog. Thank you so much for letting us stay it was amazing!

We stayed with Marian for a short trip and we were warmly welcomed. The accommodation is very clean and stylishly decorated. The breakfast is very tasty. Our dog was also no problem at all. The surroundings are relaxed and perfect for a getaway. We'd love to come back!
