Family-friendly vacation rentals in Eagle-Vail, Eagle County

First time in vail, and Mark’s place was perfect. It was a 7 min walk to Gondola 1, and super convenient to all restaurants and shops. The place was spacious for my wife and I plus daughter and friend (both 18) who had their own bathroom and still say best beds ever. Private balcony, hot tub and beautiful kitchen too. Everything worked out great. Unfortunately the dryer didn’t work during our stay, but everything else was excellent and we would definitely recommend. After check out, we were able to leave our car in a guest spot outside the garage so we never paid for parking the entire trip and skied for 3 great spring days. Vail village is walkable to lions head too, so you really don’t need the car at all during your stay.

Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

I had a wonderful time with my wife and kid here at Gary’s Cabin! I loved that it felt like a home and cabin in the middle of the mountains but had a unique location and view right in town. It was super convenient to have the town at your fingertips but still able to enjoy a peaceful setting. The cabin is beautiful and you know it was built with pride and care. I look forward to another trip to Silverthorne!

Absolutely stunning home! Would recommend to anyone heading to Breckenridge. Not walkable distance to shops/restaurants but just a short 7/10mins drive & Ubers are not pricey. We spent a lot more time at the home than we planned to, didn’t need to leave to get the great views 😍

Dillon Colorado is my absolute favorite place to come when vacationing in Colorado, this stay is absolutely amazing and I will 100 percent be staying staying here again. Breath taking views!

Highly recommend staying here! Booked a small weekend vacation for my family and couldn’t have enough good to say. The place was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking Mountain View’s from all around. The caretaker as others have said was very friendly and attentive to any issues. Very peaceful and quiet place for any occasion.

Location was great, located right next to the Super Bee lift which made it ready for a day of skiing. Loved that we could bring our dog with us too. The unit had everything we needed including a full kitchen and laundry. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with 6 people total and everyone was very comfortable. Tara provided helpful instructions and was always responsive to any questions I had. The property requires a gate code and has very little traffic once off the main road. Kitchen was spacious and the loft bedroom upstairs was super cool. We got snowed on pretty good our first night so we were very glad to be able to use the fireplace at the home! The place was very clean and couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

What a comfortable, well appointed and awesome place this is. Expansive and peaceful views all around. Host was proactive and helpful, and also gave us our privacy. The location is rural, in Missouri Heights, but a short drive to everything you want to do in the valley, all the eating and shopping and activities. We would stay here again!

Perfect Ski Getaway – Amazing Location & Amenities! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect, just minutes away from the ski resort, making it super convenient to hit the slopes. The balcony was amazing, offering stunning views that made for the perfect spot to relax after a long day with a grill to make an amazing dinner after a long day. The place itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up to make guests feel right at home. Plenty of room for everyone, and the host was great with communication. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect ski retreat! ⛷️

It was a beautiful place with a great location. You are close to town, but you don’t feel like it. It’s very peaceful and amazing. There was so much wildlife and the it’s amazing. Whether it’s from the bedroom or the kitchen/living room you have an amazing view that is easy to watch wildlife from.

This has been one of our favorite AirBnbs. The location is incredible, so beautiful and peaceful. We even got to see a couple of moose, foxes, a wild turkey, and deer, among a wealth of lovely songbirds. The ~1 mile drive down to the reservoir was smooth and easily accessible even in our little hatchback. The guesthouse itself was so comfortable (I'm envious of that bed!), it was thoughtfully stocked, and we felt right at home. Jeanne was a great host! Very responsive when we had questions and very thorough with instructions so we never were unsure of anything we needed. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

We had a last second need and were able to access the house within 20 minutes of booking. It was perfect for a couple days of skiing. Great location, plenty of room, and an all around great stay for our family of 7.

We had an amazing stay in Vail! The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, and felt just like home. It's located in a quiet area but still very close to town, which made everything super convenient. There are also some incredible trails nearby that we really enjoyed exploring. Our hostess was wonderful and made sure everything was perfect. We’d be happy to come back again—highly recommend!

Amazing stay! Jeff’s place was the perfect spot for our weekend ski trip. Only 10 min from Keystone, and less than 30 min to Breckinridge and Vail. Super cozy place with all the amenities you could need: fireplace, amazing view, public hot tube and sauna, board games and more! Would definitely stay here again. :)

The location was perfect with beautiful views from the bedrooms - very short drive to ski resorts! The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. We also took advantage of the pool and hot tub, after skiing!

Inside, there are plenty of hooks for ski wear and small gear, keeping everything organized. The beds are comfortable with fresh mattresses (no squeaks!), and the bathrooms were spotless. The private hot tub with a peaceful golf course view was the perfect way to unwind. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location, the view from the room will always be one of my favorites, looking towards Beaver Creek. I could hear and see the river from my balcony, such an amazing Hotel. I hope to stay again soon, thank you Charlie, he's a great host. A+
