Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles

We were moving our son back to Florida and their house was less than 2 miles away so it was super convient! We had to stay an extra day and Mia was very understanding about letting us stay and even offered the studio apartment attached to the main house. Our host were very friendly and told us about all the Hollywood memorabilia in the house. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to family and friends.

We loved the architectural details of the house, the beautiful surrounding foliage, and the sense of serenity and tranquility it evokes. We would have loved to stay longer if Airbnbs in LA weren’t so expensive. Communication with the host was excellent. All in all, a wonderful sanctuary!

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

This was such a perfect place for our stay in Hollywood. We could walk to lots of places and short drive to universal studios. The house had lots of stylish furniture and nice architectural features. It was homely and welcoming which suited us. It also felt safe and secure. Thank you Rosalyn. We would definitely recommend :)

It was a perfect place for us to stay while my son was in UCLA hospital. I was able to walk to the hospital from here. The house is lovely and spacious, and Azyta was the perfect host! Caring and attentive. Thank you, Azyta!

My group stayed there for 1 night but wish we could've stayed longer. Andy's place was very clean, comfortable, and private. The pictures and exactly what you expect upon arrival, along with very helpful / detailed instructions on checking in / parking accommodations. We would totally recommend to family and friends, and will definitely be booking again in the near futur. 5⭐'s 😎👍🏾

Patrese and Katie were great hosts. They responded very fast with very useful information. Our check in process was smooth. The house was beautiful and quiet. There were clear instructions and rules in a book near the frozen door. Multiple power plugs were available in each room and were suitable for different types of chargers. Lots of places to sit with a variety of dishes to choose from. The view of the pool was nice. Outdoor area was our favorite place to stay.

Thanks to perfect instructions, we had a wonderful stay!! If you’re local-ish, bring your own pillows 🫣 but it was a great set up, parking included, and trader joes/target right downstairs for anything else you need!

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

One of the best places to stay if you are around Glendale. It’s really comfortable and chill. The host is a nice person, very responsive and respectful. There is a mall across the street and many places to visit. Worth the money.

I felt safe walking around at night in this neighborhood. The host always replied very quickly and was helpful. Recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

A great deal for a cozy place with secure parking and a dreamy flexible check in and out. Lovely host. The place is not that big and the bathroom is tiny, but worked just great for what I needed for a few nights (& amazing water pressure). Starbucks is next door, grocery store in one direction and the Americana shopping mall in the other. Lots to walk to.

Irene’s place was great. It was very peaceful and clean. Great neighborhood too.

While this wasn’t our typical getaway, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. We had to evacuate our home due to the Palisades fires, and this was where we sheltered. Jean was an amazing host, very responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. The home is in a fantastic location, nestled in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s quiet and private, which I personally loved. While this wasn’t a usual booking for me, I can see how this place would be perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing LA getaway or staycation. I highly recommend.

Fantastic property with lots of privacy and beautiful gardens and pool area. We enjoyed the space and location to the parks and activities was central. We plan to rent this property again in the future.

The house is located on the top of the hill and has great views. Location is super quiet and peaceful. Big house with a nice patio, backyard was very spacious and a perfect place to relax and chill. Tomer was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again

We had a great few days at Stephen’s place while visiting family in LA. The house is in a beautiful setting, with good views across the city and lovely gardens. We felt very relaxed there and really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and garden hammock. We would definitely look to stay there again when we return to LA another time.

Forever & always will stay at Chunjiang’s home!! Every time I stay here it’s a 10/10. Love Chunjiang as a person & her home is amazing. She made my birthday really special & will forever cherish that. Beautiful , clean & amazing as always. Absolutely no complaints. Property was clean, well kept. The yard was nice. The separate bathrooms really help with getting everyone ready for the day or for bed. The host was responsive and very easy to deal with. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Sometimes it’s tough to get a feel for the area from photos or google maps. We did not worry about our cars, or kids running in the yard. A lot of places very close by for easy grab and go groceries or other needs. Towels and other basic amenities provided which makes travel much easier. One thing that may be small but shows attention to detail is the dispenser of Q-Tips in the bathroom. They may not have been needed when I first noticed but turned out to be handy to get a piece of dirt stuck in my fiancées ring. This would not have been noticed or thought of if it wasn’t provided. But it shows the host puts a bit of effort that jot every host does. Would stay here and plan on staying here again in the future!
