Great stay! We had a company meeting and we are a remote team. This space was perfect! Great space bedroom rise, entertaining space and fantastic backyard. It was great to use the outdoor grill, lounge in the pool / hot tub and even take a stool by the lake. Tim was prompt to respond and great on communication. We will definitely be back!

Check-in was a breeze, and the home was very cozy. We're a hot-natured family, and the AC was amazing! Each bedroom and bathroom was very spacious. Child safety is a big deal for us; I'd definitely give 5/5 stars in that area. We spent most of our time in the pool area, cooking; you can sit, eat, and still keep an eye on the kids. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful place! Great quiet neighborhood, good location close to everything. Had all the comforts of home. We especially enjoyed the pool and games. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Texas Darlin’! We had guests come in town for graduation weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We also used the event option to host a graduation party, and it was perfect. The space was comfortable and welcoming, and the amenities were amazing — from the indoor setup to the outdoor areas, everything was thoughtfully prepared for both relaxing and entertaining. Highly recommend this property for any special occasion or just a peaceful getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Paul’s place is incredible! Seriously, book this place now! The place sits beautifully on the lake and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We had plenty of space for all of our guests because of the unique layout with lots of sitting areas. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need. Beds were super comfortable. We had a blast and could not have asked for a better setting!

Beautiful place for a person to enjoy peace of mind. Never knew we had neighbors because of the serenity we experienced. Its location is near all shopping experience. My family loved it and want to recommend this place to anyone who needs some peace of mind.

This was such a beautiful air bnb and conveniently located. The decor was so cute and the house was spotless. It had all the amenities one could want. I really appreciated the book that had instructions and local recommendations. If I am ever back in the DFW area I will definitely try to book this air bnb again!

We loved staying at this AirBNB! We had a wedding that ended at 11PM, and the location was right where the Host said it was, easy to get to, and they accommodated us for our late check in. The host was very easy to communicate with. My kids loved the house, so you KNOW it passes the hardest litmus test. Perfect place to come home to with 2 tired kids after a family wedding in Weatherford. Wifi was strong. Temperature great. We felt safe. Easy check in and check out! Coffee was hot in the AM. You have to stay here! We absolutely loved everything about it!

amazing back yard and so peaceful

I loved this location! It was perfect for a relaxing weekend away from the city, felt like we were completely in nature but the city wasn’t too far away. I can’t wait to come back. The space was perfect and the bed was so soft. Thank you Nicole!

Our visit was absolutely awesome! We choose this house because of the location on the Brazos River and the amenities. We were not disappointed at all! My sisters live close by and we were able to spend some time together at the house, kids enjoyed the games and fishing off the dock. We didn't really get a chance to enjoy the hot tub because the night we finally has some time we got an alert for a tornado, but we did manage a few minutes and it was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, crock pot, air fryer, toaster and all the cups/plates/utensils you need. There is nice drip coffee pot for the coffee drinkers too. The laundry room has a very nice washer and dryer. I will say that the downstairs furniture is not the best for sleeping. The couch is decent but not much room for more than one person and the chairs might accommodate a child, but not big enough for an adult. This didn't impact us, but for someone else it might be an issue. Would definitely stay again!

Backyard is beautiful! We loved the screened in porch with the television. Beds were comfortable, towels super nice. Everything was just as described. Very close to the Fort Worth stockyards. What a good value!

Definitely coming back! Feels like home so peaceful and lot to do on the back of the house! With friends or family.
