The location was perfect, close to both the city center and bus station. The room is very small, but still has a functioning table, refrigerator and kettle, it's a great place to base yourself for a short stay.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean, beautiful and relaxing. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites. The owner, Daniele, is very nice and replies to messages quickly. The two restaurants he recommended were both excellent. Thank you so much!

Overall, It was a great experience for us. The location was good. it was safe. and price was reasonable. The house was between city center and black fortress and Mother Armenia monument. Restaurants and cafes are in 15 mins walking. Super markets are 10 mins away. and you can always find a taxi for a good price if you need to go somewhere by car. we also faced 2 problems when we arrived at the house. It was too cold for us and although the heating was listed, the owner did not provide us with heating. next problem was the internet connection (wifi). it was not stable and we could not connect at all for some hours in everyday. so, we had to manage both of these problems by ourselves. other than these 2 issues, everything was great, and because of the good price and the location, we decided to stay there for a long period.

very happy with my stay at Ruben's. Felt like home. Full kitchen for a short stay. Comfortable beds. I'd love to come back. I recommend visiting.
